+ -1 moreI've used this service provider several times. Any other time we were very happy, but this time it was a new guy he was young and he soaked it so badly it took him almost a week to dry out so I wont use them again. In the past we had a really great experience but this time around it was forgettable.
Description of Work: They cleaned carpet and a few pieces of furniture.

Description of Work: Carpet Cleaning appoinment made on Thursday 6/19/11 and scheduled for between 11:30 am and 12:00 pm. Noone showed up or called by 1:00 pm. At 2:30 pm, we called and cancelled. Noone ever called with explanation of why noone came or called!!!!

+ -1 moreThe owner of the franchise, Jim Varhola, was very prompt and also very pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way to get the job done well. He spent a lot of extra time to get all the spots out of my carpet. I would not hesitate to tell my friends about this company.
Description of Work: He cleaned my living room, dining room, stairs, and upstairs hall. There were many spots because my husband was an invalid and had problems with spills. I had cleaned them, but after a few months, they reappeared.

+ -1 moreAUNTIE'S CHEM DRY ARRIVED PROMPTLY, AND PROCEEDED TO CLEAN THE CARPETS AND GETTING OUT STAINS THAT HAD CLEARLY BEEN THERE FOR YEARS. THEY PAID EXTRA ATTENTION TO THE HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS, LEAVING THE CARPETS LOOKING GREAT. THE WONDERFUL THING ABOUT AUNTIE'S CHEM DRY IS THAT THERE IS NO NOTICEABLE ODOR, AND THE CARPETS ARE DRY WITHIN TWO HOURS.
Description of Work: CLEANED LIVING ROOM, FAMILY ROOM, THREE BEDROOMS, HALLWAY AND STAIRWELL PRIOR TO MOVE IN.
