 + -1 moreThis was one of those experiences that could not have gone better. I called New Hope carpet cleaning at 10:30 in the morning and was given a time of 2:00 that afternoon which was great for us. The technician Bill, arrived on time ,surveyed the house and went immediately to work. Bill only stopped working half way thru for a Coke which we happily supplied. Bill finished in two hours which was his estimate upon arrival. I wrote a check for the estimate to conclude the transaction. We were advised that it would take 4 to 6 hours to dry which it did. There was no odor or smell in the cleaning process
Description of Work: The provider cleaned all the carpet in the house including the stairs and elevator. This was the first cleaning since we moved in, in 2008.

 + -1 moreThe stains in one of the bedrooms were tough to remove, but the technician worked diligently to remove it. After 3 attempts, he could no longer get the stain to fade. All in all, I can say I was happy with his effort. He was prompt at arrival and when the job was completed, the carpet took 4-5 hours to completely dry. I no longer sense the pet dander. It looks great overall I had and a good experience with the company. In the end, I saved $$$ by avoiding the expense of a new carpet.
Description of Work: I just bought a new townhouse and the carpets were filthy. Plus the previous owners had a cat and I have allergies to the pet dander. Since I didn't want to spend the money to replace the carpet, I decided to find out how a steam cleaning would turn out. They were able to get someone to my property the next day to clean all the carpets (carpets were on my second floor in my 3 bed townhouse and the stairs).

Description of Work: I just had my 2nd floor condo cleaned by Frank of New Hope Cleaners yesterday and couldn't have been happier with the service. He was exactly on time, friendly and professional and had the job done in a little over an hour. I've tried using using the Hoover steam clean machines on my stairs and carpets myself and while there was an improvement, it was nothing like this. By the time the carpets dried today, they practically sparkled and looked almost new which is very good considering they're 17 years old! I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks so much for a wonderful job. A+++
