+ -1 moreAwful service, terrible installation. Planks were installed in acclimated and shifted. Polyurethane peeled off within months. Shoddy and unprofessional. An absolute mess.

+ -1 moreInstalled hardwood floors when wood acclimated for under 48 hours. Expressed concern but was told they would be fine. Sure enough floors started cracking and buckling almost immediately. They were a sub and the lead contractor stepped up to cover the wood if they'd simply cover the labor to reinstall and they declined. Don't stand by their work. Beware.
