It was way too high. It seemed like an oversale on stuff that I didn't need. It was too much. My interaction with them was fine. They were cordial. The quote was fairly detailed. I think they're the ones that should come back out and check something about. I thought I had mice behind my wall but they never showed up. I think he called off and wanted to do it some other time.

Rick was so responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved that he was able to come out same day, didn't expect it. He sprayed and we saw at least some immediate relief of our issue. He did clarify it may take up to a week for full results in our case. Stands by his work, will return if necessary. I would definitely contact him again, although I hope we don't need to.

I'm a little late in writing this, but I have nothing but good things to say. The team was efficient, informative and very prompt in their response and service. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

They were very responsive and took care of the problems quickly. I never met Rick or his office staff (we only spoke on the phone) but they were very nice people to deal with. Thank you for such excellent customer service!

Rick of Truly Nolan of New Holland was outstanding. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him. We were very concerned out when our tenant told us he thought he had bed bugs. Rick was out to do an inspection the same day we contacted him and came back the next day to do the treatment. He had completed a treatment to get the situation under control before any other pest company would even have been able to come out to inspect. He explained everything about the treatment plan to us very clearly and made us feel much better about the situation. Rick felt like a great ally during a very stressful time. His confidence, ability to describe how his treatment works, and his high level of customer service was a huge help. He was very patient and answered all of my questions, even if I asked a million of them. He was great at communicating...easy to get in touch with and always available to speak. Rick really went above and beyond to help us. When he arrived for his follow up inspection and treatment, it turned out our tenant hadn't properly prepped the house so he was unable to do the full treatment. Rick offered to come back when the house could be treated properly at no extra cost to us because he said the treatment wouldn't work right since the house wasn't prepped. I don't think you'd find too many people who would be willing to do that since he lost all that time coming out. I thought it was a really honorable thing to do and we really appreciated it. He is just extremely fair and honest. You can tell he really cares about his job and about helping his customers. Rick's pricing was also very fair overall. He only sold us what he really felt we needed to take care of the problem. In addition to giving us very good pricing on the bed bug treatment, he was also able to treat a small ant problem and gave us a very good price on that since he was already at the house. To sum it up, with Rick at Truly Nolan you get top notch service, good pricing, very professional service, helpful communication, and generally a really nice guy. I know I said it before, but you can tell he cares about his work and the people he works with and really wants to help people. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

We first used Rick last year when we had an ant problem. I tried taking care of it myself to no avail. Rick came in and they were gone the next day. He also treated my yard all last summer for fleas and ticks. It was awesome! We could finally use our yard without getting bit by mosquitos. The best part was that for the first time since we have had cats we did not have to use frontline on them! Rick got rid of the flea problem we used to experience every year! We will continue to use this service and highly recommend them.

It was better than I expected

Came out inspected my house found were mice were getting in. Sealed where mice were getting in, trapped them. I also had an ant problem that I had for years. I had service for less than a year haven't seen ant at all!!! There no smell and they use natural products. They take there time answer all my question. Very professional. They schedule when its convenient to me. You can pay monthly very affordable. Thanks again
