Excellent work and done to our specifications. Quality materials. Workers were polite and professional. Work was done efficiently. Good clean up. Sales people were knowledgeable and helpful. Owner came out prior to start of construction to make sure no anticipated issues.

Great communication, came when they said they would. The truck they use is a workshop on wheels, complete self sufficient including an electric generator, saws, etc everything to do the job. They left the job site spotless when completed. The 3 workers were hard working and did a great job installing the railings. They were very responsive to our questions and never said no. We visited the shop to pick out the details for our job. They provided a rough estimate on the materials and installation. They sent someone to my home to measure and provide a firm quote. The quote was higher than the estimate by a few hundred $, but still cheaper then other quotes. We are very happy with the product and the installation and would use them again. Our neighbors have complimented the nice change to the front of our home....well done guys!

Thanks to Angie's List we found the right contractor for the job. The estimate went well with a salesman that had good ideas from all his experience. He really helped us fine tune our initial thoughts. Elite Vinyl Railings has a good selection of styles in both vinyl and aluminum. We felt the price was fair for the quality of the product and the professional workmanship demonstrated during the installation. It took the best part of the day to install our aluminum rails. Ben did a great job. I am fussy and he exceeded my expectations. He cleaned up his mess and buffed out any marks on all the rails when finished. Ben tip toed around our flower beds. My wife was pleased with that. Payment is expected at the end of the job. Our front landing and steps look Grrrrrreat! They have our seal of approval. We would definitely recommend Elite Vinyl Railings for this type of work.

We stopped at the company showroom and looked at samples of the railings that they installed. We found exactly what we wanted and made arrangements for someone to come out and give us a price. After several weeks of waiting I called them and it seemed our form had just been misplaced, but they found it and sent someone out within a couple of days. The salesperson was very friendly and apologetic for not getting back to us in a timely manner. He took measurements, we chose a style of railing and he gave us a price. It seemed reasonable, so we placed the order. He warned us that it would be six to eight weeks before they could install it. We were in no hurry, so that was not a problem. Within that time period they called us and made arrangements to install the railing. They showed up right on time and set to work. Within an hour or two they had removed the old railing and installed the new and it looked great. They cleaned up afterward and we were very pleased. I am very happy with the quality and strength of this railing and the installation is very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed a railing.

We were looking to fence our back yardwith a vinyl privacy fence. Mike from the Camp Hill office came over to quote the fence. He was very nice and easy to work with, had a quote to us later that day. We did not end up hiring as the quote was out of our price range for what we wanted.

Their price was definitely right and they were excellent workers. They cleaned up well after themselves and they did everything they promised to do. When we redo our deck in the back, we will probably use them.

They did a great job and I would recommend them to anybody.

This company's estimate was the same price or lower than the two other contractors who provided estimates. We chose Elite because they had installed vinyl pool fencing for us 15 or so years ago and had done an excellent job. With this project too, the crew worked industriously. They took very little time for breaks, lunch, or anything else. They were very diligent and asked questions from time-to-time to clarify instructions we had initially provided to the company's project designer. If they had a suggestion that would improve the overall appearance of the project, they shared the idea with us before proceeding. In one instance, they went above and beyond the original remodeling design of the patio stairs by completely rebuilding a new set of stairs and handrails. They did not request additional compensation for this effort. When the project was completed, we were absolutely amazed at the look, fit, and finish of the deck and stairways they had built. When completed, we provided our compliments to the crew and indicated that we would provide a very positive report on this project and this company to our friends and neighbors. We are extremely satisfied with the work performed by this company and highly recommend them for similar types of projects.

They did a beautiful job. Their product was good. They were very professional and punctual. Their price was outstanding too. I would use them in the future.

We used Elite Vinyl Railings because they were the original builders of our screened in porch. This was a big mistake! They had installed the original outer screen door so poorly that after slightly more than one year it was coming apart and would not close properly. We put in a call to them and they were very slow to call us back. When they finally met with us they were helpful in selecting a new door but it had to be ordered. From the time of order to installation was an extended period of time. Two people came to do the work and they were prompt and courteous. The new door is far superior to the original door. UNFORTUNATELY THEY DID NOT LINE UP THE LATCH AND STRIKE PLATE PROPERLY. ON TOP OF THIS THERE WAS NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT FOR THE FACT THAT THEY BOTCHED THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION. Like baseball, three strikes and your out. Oh, by the way, they padded their hours on the bill!
