Salesperson was very helpful and laid back. They were able to get our windows done earlier than expected. The workers were very nice, hardworking, and efficient. They even installed one window that was over top a bees nest despite being stung during the job!

They were quick and they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again in the future.

Initial contact with the salesman was very good. He listened well to what we were interested in and showed us what would fit the bill for us. He answered all our questions and worked with us according to what we could afford to pay. After the order was placed, his estimate of when the windows would be delivered and could be installed was right on. Installation was done when it was convenient for us. Installation - The work was done very well. The workers were very professional, considerate and courteous, arriving when they said they would. During installation, they were careful they were ready to install the new window as soon as the old window was removed so the amount of time the window openning was open was minimized. Also, since it was raining, they moved all the new windows into the house so they wouldn't get wet as they were removing the old windows. They cleaned up after themselves, both inside and out. They were careful not to track mud or dirt in the house, removing shoes and spreading dropcloths. Old windows were hauled away. They were friendly and polite. Their estimate of the amount of time it would take to replace the windows was accurate, taking about 1 1/2 days with a crew of 6 on day 1, and 2 on day two.

Overall experience was very good.l They showed up on time and were very neat. Windows are great.

The kitchen remodel project went very smoothly and the quality of the craftsmanship is excellent. During the design stage, Courtney Bird, the design professional, offered a number of very useful suggestions that improved the function of the kitchen and we would not have considered them without her input. After we decided what style of cabinets and other components we wanted, Courtney gave us detailed computer generated plans and drawings, which showed how the kitchen would look, which gave us the opportunity to discuss further ideas before the remodel project was finalized. After we approved the design, we were given a detailed estimate of the cost, which is what the final cost was, except for improvements we decided to add during the project. And each time we considered an improvement, we were given a quote for the cost of adding the improvement so we knew exactly what the cost would be. There were no surprises on the cost at all. After the design was finalized and Courtney learned from the cabinet manufacturer when the cabinets would be delivered, she gave us a detailed schedule of when the project would begin and end, and what would be done on each day, and miracle of miracles, they stuck to the schedule! (I call this a miracle because of all the stories we had heard from others of how their remodeling contractors gave them schedules or promises when things would be done, but the schedules and promises were nothing but a joke.) As the references told us when we spoke to them before hiring Choice for the remodel, Choice honors its schedule. There were some very minor adjustments to the schedule as things progressed, but these were all understandable and always cleared through us. The important thing was that the kitchen was completed when promised, and all throughout the project, Choice respected the imposition on our time and the intrusion into our space and treated us with respect. Their attitude is so professional. We also can't say enough about the great work they did. The kitchen looks terrific and the Choice craftsmanship shows. In doing and coordinating the work, Don and John demonstrated true professionalism and craftsmanship and personal attention. They offered suggestions to improve the project and always consulted with us on a matter that might affect the project or how it progressed. It was evident throughout that this was not just "another job" for Choice, but one they had pride in and wanted us to be totally pleased with. I can't say enough about the professionalism, craftsmanship and pride of this organization. The price quoted above was for the kitchen remodel, which included a number of upgrades. We have used Choice for a number of projects, big and small, in the past. I estimate we have used them on a least 5-7 other projects in the past, varying in price from a few hundred dollars to several thousands of dollars, but in each case their price was reasonable and their workmanship excellent.

They were very good. I was very impressed with what they had to talk about and with the installation. I was really thoroughly pleased.

We had Choice replace 19 of the original windows in our 1920's brick house. The whole experience was as smooth and painless as could be. Kyle provided a detailed in-home estimate and understanding our needs did not try to upsell us at all. After signing the contract, the crew was able to start installation 4 weeks later. It took a day and a half for them to install all the windows and exterior flashing and caulking. After each day they cleaned up (I think they left our house cleaner than when they arrived). All the guys were courtious, professional and very efficient. And of course the new windows are gorgeous! Everyone at Choice was great to work with, especially Ariel in the office who helped make sure all the paperwork went smoothly. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

They arrived exactly on time, finished the job in one day and the clean-up was excellent. They even replaced the blinds and curtains I had removed. A very professional job.

We were impressed with the showroom. The sales force was very nice and efficient. They came to the house and made recommendations. The workers showed up right on time and were very nice and professional.

saleman came to our house, talked us thru window selection and options. on date of window replacement, guys were here on time, worked quickly did a very good job of tearing out old windows and then installing the new ones, cleaned up and were gone. They were here a bit longer then I expected but not over the top. The only negative I would say is they did a messy job of doing the caulking around the window in the bathroom. Overall very positive result

A landlord of mine had used Choice for the eight years I lived at his rental. Choice impressed me when I was a renter, and they continued professional & reliable now that I own my own home. They showed up on time, did all work promised, and even went above & beyond by painting the trim they had to cut (they didn't know they would have to cut it when they arrived that morning but they were prepared to change plans and improvise, which I have found that other companies are not willing to do). They put down tarps and cleaned up immaculately. We plan to have them do additional window replacement next year.

This company took care of the problems I had with a prior installation. One of our windows was in danger of falling out! Brian temporarily fixed it (for safety concerns) for free before I even hired his company. The crew was professional. They answered / explained any questions courteously, worked diligently and left the property spotless. One window had a mark inside (between the glass) and a replacement window was provided in a timely manner. I was so pleased that I contracted with them for additional work (new door, loft shades, miscellaneous work). I highly recommend them. The only problem you may have is the wait time (they have a list and you have to wait your turn) but my work was not "urgent" and they were very upfront about that and pretty accurate about how long it would take. Brian is extremely pleasant to deal with.
