Very good. The salesman was responsive and honest. Did not try to up-sell. Made suggestions that reduced to estimate cost. Workers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and took their time to get it right.

Choice set up an estimate on first contact. Brian was really friendly and there was no push. We told him what we wanted and he took all the notes. The quote cam within a couple days. We had quotes from two other places. We and brian a few other questions which he answered very quickly. We accepted the quote and install will be scheduled who the door is ready. We are looking forward to it. Choice had the least pushy sakes approach and just listened to us and answered questions. They also had the best price for the sane door and their installation includes everything. We can't wait for the install!!

This project was great. Choice was exact on the timing and what it would cost. Their work was perfect and everything from design consultation to finish out was handled well. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were slightly higher that the other bids but well worth it in that the estimate was dead on, they were on time, and everything was done right the first time.

They are professional from start to finish. Gutting the bathroom, new wallboard, all new electrical including fan and lighting fixtures. New appliances with custom shower and replaced all old plumbing. From starting with a plan to finishing, they did a superb job and they were extremely easy to work with. They remodeled our full sized kitchen including hardwood floors, new electrical, plumbing and appliances in 2008...it still looks brand new! The quality of their cabinetry is like no other. Because they did our kitchen, we called them for the bathroom, after a botched job was done by another company. (We were unaware they did the smaller jobs.) We have also used Choice for door/stormdoor replacement and new shutters. We will call them later this year to replace another door/ stormdoor combo. Security was never an issue as many times we could not be home while they were scheduled to work. Their prices are competitive, but reasonable for seniors on a fixed income. We will call on them when it comes time to replace our windows. We highly recommend them!

Positives: Very professional, punctual and efficient team came to my home to provide the estimate. They suggested various options and additional work that needed to be done to ensure consistency in the appearance of the exterior of my home (including replacing material around another window to ensure it matched and remained weather-worthy when the windows were replaced) They emailed me the estimate within 48 hours and it turned out to be significantly more expensive than other providers for similar products. Estimator walked through my home (removing shoes first,) to check all my other windows for trouble, and found none. Appreciated the honesty. Negatives: The length of time between deposit and installation. After giving a significant deposit (either a third or half down?) the installation wasn't for another 6 weeks! Admittedly, I don't recall asking for this info until i was handing over my deposit check, but given the delay to fixing the problem (while managing water streaming in to my home each time it rained) I'd have appreciated this detail and honestly may have made a different decision to go with another provider who could complete the service faster. Since that time I have had a quote from Eby Exteriors for other windows that failed and their deposit/order to installation time frame was 2 weeks! In both cases, windows were made to order. I would use Choice again.

From start to finish, this company is FANTASTIC! I had a very bad experience with a different window and door company named Aspen. Needless to say, I was a little nervous about what to expect with Choice. I contacted them through there web site to get a quote and someone from their office contacted me the very next day. I explained to her over the phone exactly what I wanted and that I was just looking to get a price. She quickly was able to give me a quote that was WAY under price compared to what Aspen charged me. We set up a date and Sales Man Brian came out to my house and discussed the options. AWESOME customer service! Best part, Brian was only at my house for about 20 min compared to the 2-1/2 hours the others guys sales man spent talking about his life story, which is sales tactic I was not aware of at the time. Brian also told me right from the gecko that they were 8 weeks out from the install due to being so busy. This actually made me even more comfortable because typically sales people will tell you anything to get the sale. I now completely understand why they are so busy. The next day Brian sent me a very detailed proposal through email. I discussed it with my wife and we decided to make it happen. Almost 8 weeks from the day Brian came over, I received a phone call to set up the install. On the date set up, 4 guys showed up exactly at 7:45 a.m., the time they told me, and got right to work. By 1 p.m. the 10 windows were in and the capping surrounding the windows was flawless. VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW! I highly recommend this company and I will be using them for future projects.

Great contractor. Professional work. Their price is a little high but very fair. You get what you pay for. Cleaned up aftter themselves. We would strongly recommend this contractor. Punctual too.

There seemed to be too many types of doors and finishes to choose from, but this company, unlike another one we visited, spent time with us in the showroom, really helping us to work out what we wanted. There were questions later, as we thought of details we forgot to ask about the upcoming job, and they were always eager to help. We were told that installation would happen sometime during the summer, and that, due to scheduling, they would be able to give us the date just one week in advance. We had a general estimate of the schedule, that was all. However, they got back to us when expected, and the job was started on time. It took two days. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the 3 installers. Each had a specialty that seemed to go along with his experience level. A few of the shutters were the wrong length, but the workers came back the following week with the correct ones. A fourth worker's job was to repaint the existing crown over the front door, and the flat columns along side it. The color matched very well and we were satisfied with the entire job. There work they did was very neat. They cleaned up at the end of the job. We plan to use them in the future for more work.

The cost of their door was at least $800 lower than three other estimates I received. The salesman who provided the estimate was professional and relaxed. It was a refreshing change from the high pressure sales pitches I have heard from companies that solicit door-to-door. The installer was friendly and did a beautiful job installing the door and matching the inside trim to my paint. I've enjoyed the door for a month now and have had no issues. I used to have wind and rain come in with my former door. This one seals up. icely against the elements. I am also enjoying the built in blinds.

They did fine. They came in and made lots of noise but that was to be expected. They cleaned up after themselves and laid down drop clothes and any messes they made they cleaned up. They were very pleasant.

Fantastic experience. Exceeded expectations. Arrived on time and put down drop cloths in all work areas (inside and out!). Even used large drop cloths as walk off runners at both the garage door and front door. They weren't dragging any dirt in the house! Work was done professionally and it looks wonderful. It is rare to be 100% satisfied with a job, but this is the exception. We couldn't be happier with the work. They even did great with our dog who felt the need to defend the house every time they opened a door!

overall, Kyle seemed excellent and very professional. I would seriously consider using them in the future. I am not sure I will purchase the Windows now, but I believe I received very good advice.overall, I think this company is another example of one of the excellent companies on Angie's list.

Choice Windows was a pleasure to work with. They came highly recommended from two of my family members after they each used them. The rep came out at my convenience in the evening and walked through for measurements and showed me the sample windows. Once I decided to go with them, they were amenable to allowing changes to their contract to make me feel more comfortable. On the day of the job, the team was prompt and worked efficiently. I was very pleased with how everything was handled and cleaned up - I of course had to touch up trim paint, but otherwise you couldn't tell they had been there. The windows are great and solid with a good look. The team did a great job and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT THE JOB....WAS SENT A CONTRACT TO SIGN AND RETURN WITH A DEPOSIT...CALLED AND SET UP REPAIR TIME.....SHOWED UP....FIXED IT...CLEANED UP AND DONE!!

The two installers showed up on time. Removed and installed front door and screen door. They were courtious and did a great job. Took 8 hours to finish the job. Wayne the salesman came to check their progress about 2/3's of the way through to make sure everything was installed as requested. Wayne was extreamly helpful in picking out the colors materials and screen door. All in all it was a great experience and I have a beautiful door. I would recommend Choice Windows to anyone.

Choice was very courteous and really easy to work with. The day they were to do the installation they were calling for rain, and they called me to see if I still wanted them to come. They assured me that they were use to dealing with rainy weather and would get the job done. The first thing they did was to put protective runners down in all the rooms and then they went to work. They showed up at about 7:30 am and by 1:15 pm they were pulling out of the driveway. They did an excellent job on the installation and they capped and caulked all the windows. When they left there was nothing out of place and they did a great job cleaning up. It was one great experience and I would highly recommend them.

My experience with this company was perfect. They have integrity and they use a great deal of craftsmanship. They have impeccable management of resources they use. They were extremely professional and the process was not rushed. Their carpentry is beautiful and the quality of their work is wonderful. There prices were very, very fair. We had as many as five persons come out to give us an estimate and they were fair. If you speak to anybody else they will say the same. I can't imagine anything negative being spoken about them. We will still go back to them. We are pretty much done but once we get the shutters replaced we will probably replace windows in the future. Once we had the kitchen done, we didn't go to anybody else when we had the doors and the shutters to do an when they priced the shutters for us we were really surprised. Sometimes when you get that right company, that right person, although cost is an issue because we are retirees, it is well within that affordability for retirees. You don't have to have two professional income to go to Choice, they are very reasonable. One of the contractors we use to do our electrical work, we used because they were associated with Choice.

We chose Choice because of the stellar reviews that they had on Angie's List and boy were we impressed with them and pleased with our selection! Kyle came to our house to assess our project and advise us of our product options. He is a super nice guy, knowledgeable, pays attention to detail and is very upfront in the capabilities of the products Choice offers. The price was extremely competitive with other quotes we received, but Choice's statement of work was very detailed and comprehensive. I felt we knew exactly what we were getting and were about to pay for. On installation day, Matt was our installer. Matt is a professional all the way and we could tell he was an experienced seasoned employee who knew his stuff. Matt was nothing but courteous and respectful to us and our home. In fact, he fixed the mistakes and imperfections that were left from the original installation. Our original slider was builder grade and not installed very well. By the end of Matt's install, we felt the finished work was far superior to when we purchased our home from new! He even painted all the trim work around the door on the inside. I didn't expect this! Talk about over-delivering on expectations. You probably know that sinking feeling of disappointment when you realize you didn't get what you paid for or were mislead. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. We are very happy with the entire experience and product that Choice had sold us. My wife and I already considered a few other projects that we will definitely be engaging with Choice in the future. Every morning is a treat to see our new sliding glass patio door which not only functions properly but looks beautiful. Thanks everyone!

It went great. The workers were timely, neat and professional. I've noticed a reduction in my heating bills since I did this work.

Kyle did a thorough evaluation for estimate and all the guys that worked on our install were professional, courteous, and did a good job. We are new in this area and really had no idea who would be good so we went to Angie's and had a couple of installers do estimates for us. We felt this company was reasonable and seemed on the ball. They were very good with communication which is so important. We had OKNA windows installed because we had used them in our prior home and loved them. We will probably have Choice replace the rest of the older windows in our home sometime in the future. The weather worked against them as much as it could so the install took a little longer than I think they originally thought and longer than what we thought but I don't think they are responsible for the snow and rain we get in the winter. I wish I could remember all their names to individually recognize them for their work on our home and I hope the owner of this business realizes what a good crew he has! It is rare today to find this.

It went GREAT! Was shopping for a new front entry and storm door and was shocked at the prices. Didn't want to go to those chain stores where I know they subcontract out the work and you have nobody to turn to if the job comes out wrong. Joined Angie's List and found a nice selection of companies. Some I had tried before joining and found high prices. Decided to try a company on the list named "Choice Windows, Doors, & More" They sent out a gentleman named Kyle. He was professional and knowledgeable. Their price was reasonable so I asked for an estimate to replace my side french doors with a sliding glass door with the shades in-between the glass. I was so impressed that I ordered both doors. Their workers just finished the jobs yesterday. Kyle was in contact with me through the whole process which is very important to me. They have a door installer named Matt. This man knows doors!!! He was very professional and very meticulous about his work and clean up! Very Happy with Choice from start to finish!!! The "More" part of the company is Great too! Just contracted them to replace a bathroom and part of my kitchen. Worked with a woman named Courtney who was very helpful in color coordinating and ideas! She was also very patient with me which is always a plus!! When that job is complete I will write a review on that!

Choice had an excellent selection of good quality doors. Wayne was helpful and promptly came to our home, measured the door and provided an estimate. The work was done quickly and the quality of workmanship was excellent. We are very satisfied with our door. Three months after the installation we felt that the door needed an adjustment so that it would not close as quickly. It was a matter of preference as to how the door functions (not a mechanical or installation issue). We weren't sure how to make the adjustment. Choice was at our home to service another door and we asked them to check the storm door. Adjustments were made and the door shuts correctly. We will definitely continue to use Choice Windows.

I was very impressed with Choice, from both the sales and installation perspectives. After contacting the company, I received a call back promptly to schedule an estimate. The sales pitch was honest and straightforward (thanks, Art!), with no flipcharts or pressure techniques. After discussing what I wanted done and viewing the features and operation of the sample OKNA window that was recommended, I requested a written estimate via email. I received it within 24 hours and, after a bit of negotiation, scheduled the work. Because I have dogs that I would have to remove from the home which meant that I had to take vacation time from work, it was important that the job be completed quickly. Two crews were scheduled and the job was completed on all three floors within two days. The crews were professional and courteous, and made sure that they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The windows were finished beautifully and make my home look so much more up-to-date. I've already noticed a difference in both noise and heat reduction, as well. I fully recommend both Choice and OKNA windows.
