The installers were good. My only complaint was I got a bay window put in and he didn’t think to ask me and I didn’t think to ask him whether I want the window painted or not but that’s not a real complaint and he said he could have done it. They were very responsive and I didn’t have to call them back. They came, they gave me the demo, they told me the pricing, they came on time to install them and they gave me the paperwork I needed for rebate of the energy thing. They cleaned up and there was not one drop of evidence that they were here.

I really liked working with their salesman Kyle. He was very responsive to any inquiries I had. Very helpful with arranging ceiling. They were just a very good full service company to work with. They have very quality people doing the work.

It was great. I use them all the time. The service was free because it was under warranty. The price is great/fantastic. For responsiveness, they come quickly. The work they did for me was fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody. They are very professional, very helpful and they will get the job done in a timely manner. The workers were fantastic.

Brian was a pleasure to work with on the planning, and the project was completed before Christmas despite rainy fall weather. The crew were all pleasant and professional. The only glitch was a leak in the flat roof where one skylight was removed, but it was quickly remedied. We were very pleased with the results, and had them come back in August 2016 to replace the shutters and install a new fire door between the garage and the house. We would recommend them without reservation.

Overall experience was satisfactory -quality work and no safety issues. . Incorrect material was received for two of the windows; these windows when correct material is received.. I had other contractors working on the property when window installation was performed. In an area needing improvement, four installers showed up with four vehicles and made parking difficult for all concerned. (No parking is allowed on street in front of house.) Two of the vehicles in question carried no material or tools required for installation.

The project went great. Our sales person (Brian Sheehe) helped us through the selection process in a thorough and efficient manner without pressuring us. The Choice installation team did a fantastic job removing the old windows and doors and installing the new ones. They were very professional and did an amazing job on housekeeping and controlling any dust. They also found and repaired some wood rot and water damage behind some siding which would have caused us problems in the future. The quality of the Okna windows and Therma Tru door excellent. We can already notice that the windows are much "tighter" than our old ones with no discernable leakage. We are extremely pleased and satisfied.

Fabulous. Best quote of the 4 estimates. No-pressure sales. Answered all our many questions. Work completed on-time and on-budget. Contractors didn't smoke (which is hard to find here). Windows look great and weathered the winter without issue. Highly recommend.

From beginning to end, the folks at Choice helped us decide what was best for the space while taking into consideration the features we preferred. I feared that tile choice would feel overwhelming - actually, it was easy with help from Connie. Courtney keep the lines of communication open throughout the project. Each and every tradesman was prompt, professional, very pleasant, and attentive to our hope to keep things tidy while the job was underway. We made a few adjustments throughout the job that enhanced the beauty and practicality of our bath space. It was a pleasure working with Choice. When I called to arrange a meeting to have an estimate prepared, they were very accommodating and professional. Kyle Chapin arrived on time for the appointment, was very friendly, professional and thorough. I received the estimate the next day via email. The work was scheduled for 9/17/15 and the gentlemen who performed the work arrived on time, were very polite, did a fabulous job on all three projects. They cleaned everything up before leaving. I was very impressed with this company from my initial phone call to the completion of the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family and would enlist their services again in future. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a job well done. I am a very happy customer.

The entire process from selecting products through installation went smoothly. It was a pleasure to deal with the entire team. Installation actually was accomplished earlier than first projected and was done in just one day because enough personnel were dedicated to the project. We choose a color option for most of the windows instead of the standard white, which increased the cost, but we are very happy with the end result. We are very satisfied with the product and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for replacement windows.

It went well. The crew showed up on time, worked until they were finished, cleaned up and left. Windows work great--less drafts, easy to clean. And when we had a problem with one of the windows, we called and got the solution for our answer on that same day.

We were very impressed with Art, who explained all the carpentry work needed to transition from a double door to a single door. He showed us all possibilities from another wood door to vinyl, explaining the pros and cons of each. The type of decorative glass seems to affect the price to a great degree. My first choice was a seeded glass costing $10,000. After I said we don't know how long we'll be living in this home, Art worked with us to find a second choice. We ended up with one, costing half that much. At no time did we feel pressured, guilt-provoked, or rushed to decide. Art is patient and seems to have empathy for the customer's situation. The installer was very good at his work He cleaned up after the job was done. He immediately discovered what was wrong with our old doors, which had a gap wider at the top than at the bottom Three carpenters worked on it in the past to no avail. I had been stuffing plastic dry cleaner bags to keep the cold air out these past 2 winters, We sold those doors on the Bargain Counter to a father in charge of décor at his daughter's upcoming wedding! Also, a Schlage promotion gave us a free hand-set of our choice. AND we were given $100 of from Choice as a result of their coupon on Angie's List.

Upon selecting the windows I needed (based on rules outlined by condo association and my own wishes), I was quoted the price and told to expect installation in 6 to 8 weeks. In my world, that usually means I will get the windows in 8 to 10 weeks. However, happily, I received a call in 6 weeks. The team that arrived immediately put down runners on my hall carpeting to minimize the tracking in of dirt and set to work. I believe there were 4 men on the team, and in 8 hours all 8 windows were installed, cleaned!! and areas under the windows were swept clean. I was then instructed on how the windows operated. So easy to tilt in for cleaning. I love my new windows!

We were so happy with the service that Choice provided, from start to finish. Art came out and looked at our current windows, which looked odd in our room. He went over options, and helped us decide on the right choice for our room. Work was scheduled several weeks later and the crew showed up on time, were friendly, fast, and professional. They cleaned up afterwards, and Art followed-up to make sure everything went well. Couldn't have been more pleased. Will definitely use them in the future and already recommended them to a neighbor.

Went well. Brian came out and measured. He also showed us the catalog. We knew what we wanted so he worked up a quote for the 2 door options we were considering and for the garage trim. We received the quote and Choice had the best price and included the most work. Other places had extra fees to cut down the door or build out the frame or replace rotten wood, but Choice had it all in there. They also had paint to match and weatherstrip to match for our garage trim. So with a few quotes and their professionalism, we went with Choice. Before the install, I asked if they could install an oil rubbed bronze doorbell button I bought. They said it was no problem as they had to put one back on anyway, did not matter to them which one I wanted! Two installers came out on time and set up. The door was all done in a day including all the trim work and paint to make it look complete and better than ever! The garage door trim took some extra time as 2 were done in a day and one another day very soon after (one guy was sick so cannot say anything negative) and the communication was good to say when the last garage door would be finished. The garage door trim looks amazing and I would use them down the rood when we need to replace wood Fascia with PVC. After the job was done, Brian called to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We received a final invoice with our warranty information and it was easy to make payment. We then received our receipt in the mail. If you want a place with the nicest, professional people, quality product and install with the best price, Choice is the place.
