Description of Work: I already emailed a rating months ago. Gutted and remodeled a bathroom, plus made changes to doors and thresholds to make them ADA COMPATIBLE....all rated A+ and would definitely call upon them again.

Description of Work: "I had 10 Okna InsulTec 500 Deluxe series windows filled with low E gas installed in my house on November 2, 2015. I am truly pleased with the windows themselves. I did a substantial amount of research before I found a quality window that met my specifications at a fair price. I paid $4250.00 with installation and capping. The windows were ordered and installed in the timeframe that I was told. The first thing I got to say is I finally ran across a salesman that understood his products totally and knew how to converse with and treat a customer correctly. His name was Kyle Chapin. I already walked away from great products from the very beginning through dealing with people that should not be salespersons. Yes, I was totally impressed by him and the workmanship of the crew of four that came out to put them in. All super nice guys and they were excellent mechanics in their field. Kyle kept in contact with me to make sure I was satisfied all the way around. They put drop clothes everywhere and did a super job of keeping things clean. I am a tough critic and consider myself somewhat of being a perfectionist. It's not often where I find a company that I would recommend to other people or even the fact of leaving a review or opinion on a website. Description of Work: They replaced all the windows in my condo and sliding glass patio doors.

Description of Work: Replaced all Windows in my townhouse. Job was done in less than two days. The men doing the installation were so professional and very polite. They cleaned up outside and vacuumed|Inside. Also took off stickers on Windows and then cleaned Windows. They demonstrated how how Windows and screens worked. Great place to go. So impressed from showroom to installation.

Description of Work: Choice met with me a few times and provided an estimate to replace windows in 105 apartments. I had an excellent impression of Choice Windows & Doors and they were my second choice of the providers I met with.

Description of Work: I had 18 windows installed in my home. The sales person was right on with his time frame. He was very professional and completely walked us through the process. They were happy to answer all questions and provide suggestions. The showroom is excellent and easy to find. Our order was placed with ease and no pressure. The windows came in when we were told and they were done in 2 days. THe installers were very polite, professional and willing to work in a manner that made me and my wife comfortable. IT was a fantastic job. I rated the Quality as "B" as I'm sure I could have paid for a much higher quality window, but I could also not afford that. The company and installation was an "A". The "B" is for the windows that I could afford. This company would have sold me any window that I could've afforded. This was their recommendation on my budget. I appreciated this!!!!

Description of Work: They bid on a Pella door installation. Offer was very competitive and they were highly recommended by next door neighbor who had significant work done very satisfactory. Bid was given to competitor who was local and also highly recommended by another neighbor.
