Laundry room & kitchen window are not level. Bay window is scratched, trim is not finished nor is it level. Patio door leaks. Basement door leaks. Patio screen damaged.

Beiler Brothers did an excellent job replacing our roof and shutters in June of this year. They were responsive in providing quotes for the work, and then stuck to their proposed three day timeline and budget. Their crew was hard-working and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

I called on 7/18/16 about getting some roofing work done. The woman I spoke with took my information and said I would receive a call back. I didn't hear anything for several days, so I called again: this time no answer. I didn't like the way it was handled so I contacted another company. On 7/28/16 I was in my home and startled by some loud, unfamiliar noises. After searching around my house for a minute to figure out what was going on, I realized there was a man on my roof measuring. It was a man from Beiler Brothers. No call. No knock on the door, No doorbell. Nothing. Just came onto my property 10 days after no contact started walking around my roof. Even more, they had no idea what kind of work I was asking for, they just started measuring for a new roof. He handed me a folder and then was on his way. I was dumbfounded. I called the next day to complain about my experience. I spoke to a gentleman who took my name and complaint. Afterward his response was "Ok, I'll let them know." No apology. No trying to make it right. Nothing. Just a complete lack of professionalism.

Wilmer came out and confirmed his brother's price of $37,200.He suggested we also replace the gutters, downspouts and add leaf guards for $4,480, for a total of $41,680. When the job was finished, and I had paid down the balance, Wilmer Beiler came out and handed me a bill for an additional $18,960. Of this was $2,800 for skylights that were not replaced. Once we sorted that out, the added cost included $860 in repairs to the previous sections he had replaced! He had never said he would charge me to repair areas he had replaced and paid for, nor did I expect to be charged. Nevertheless I agreed to pay them and did. However, Wilmer said I still owed him $15,300 for "extra shingles." I reminded him that both he and his brother Eli had measured that section and that he was familiar with the roof and had measured the roof many times, which is the purpose of an contract. he roof still leaks in several areas. The ceiling in the master bath has several leaks throughout, and the water pouring down from several spots onto the bathroom floor almost caused a serious fall. The ceiling in a bedroom has leaks and drywall is falling off. The roof over the great room leaks and I still keep a tarp down to protect the white carpet; the ceiling drywall is falling off. I have called Beiler Brothers several times and pleaded with them to come and fix the roof. They refuse to come out and fix it. It's no better than before it was replaced; some areas are worse, and it cost $74,440!

The windows were installed on 5/13/13 by a crew of people that were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They worked hard and quickly and had the entire job completed in one day. The quality of the windows that were provided are top quality and very energy efficient. Approximately 6 weeks prior, Eli arrived to look at the job and provide an estimate. The estimate arrived in the mail approximately one week later. These guys did previous work for us including replacing the gutters and downspouts as well as a new 30 year shingle roof. All the jobs were of high quality in regards to materials and craftsmanship. We would definitely hire these guys again for future work that may be needed. The only possibly negative thing I might say is Eli kinda works at his own schedule and shows up unannounced sometimes to look at the jobs for estimates which may turn some people off.

They were very competitive with price. It took months for them to come due to the weather.

I had two rooves removed from my home and two car garage and a new roof installed. No wood decking had to be replaced. Work was done in two days. All trash picked up and removed. Wilmer Beiler was my contact at the company and with whom I personally dealt. Insist on the work being done by Wilmer's Amish/Mennonite workers.

Had to wait some time in queue because wood roofing is only installed on the hottest and coldest months. Snow slowed the job this winter, so start to finish it was 3 weeks. A crew of four spent about 6 days on the job and it looks great. Addressing some of the comments brought up elsewhere -- yes, you do have to keep after them to schedule and start the job; yes, Eli is likely to be up on your roof making the estimate whether you're home or not. All of my concerns and questions were answered and addressed. I am happy that they did a first class job according to the Cedar Shingle Bureau standards. I'm waiting for our first hurricane next summer and a real test of their work :) Have had several epic rain storms and everything is dry and tight. Looks awesome. Still waiting for the weather to warm and coordinate the last part of the job (painting the steel roof on the porch).

Unfortunately, my simple request for an appointment to assess a problem and get an ESTIMATE meant something very different to this company, as detailed above. I would not employ them under any circumstances.

If we had to do our roof again we would definitely call them. Their punctuality, infact when one of the gentlemen came out' when one of the Beirs came out to see what the problem was because we had a leak in our foyer ceiling, he right then and there got a ladder out, whenon the roof, he saw a little crack or a little and a deterioration of the roof, patched it to prevent any further damage, this held up so well and this was in November 2004. We asked them if we could scheduled it for spring if the house go well be cause we didn't want it to go another year. So they came out in may of 2005. Their price was extremely reasonable. We had three estimates at the time from our local area, from West Chester and New Holland. The West Chester one I wrote on the contract, 'you have to be kidding me, no thank you.' At the same time we were getting our roof, family in West Virginia were getting their roof and family in Massachusetts were getting a new roof. We were all comparing prices and what we were having done on the roof. So when Beirs came up with an estimate, we felt it was very reasonable because it was ofcourse higher than West Virginia but very much lower than Massachusetts and powers than the other bids we had gotten, not only for the same amount of work, but for a couple of other things that we had gotten done. It was really amazing. That why we tend to go West because we live in a nice township and it just feels that everybody can afford their prices and we just can't. There are a lot of retirees with modest homes. We in fact wanted our gutters repaired and they came out and they said we will give you an estimate but we do not Think that they need repairs. They are so honest, it is not that they don't need the work. They came out and they said they did not think that they need to be done, they were ingood state. So we said well we would just go with what he was saying. He lost a sale but he was just being honest.

They cleaned up well. They were very efficient. It was good experience.

They were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. They work in a team and very quick and professional. It was like magic before my eyes. It took a while to get on the schedule but after the work started I received their undivided attention. They did the work in February during winter and they were just amazing.

It started off a little rough when they put the new roof on over the old roof, which was supposed to be removed first. However, when that was brought to their attention they came back and removed what they had just done, as well as the old roof. The owner came to my house an apologized for the mistake. They put the new roof on and I had my brother-in-law look at it since he has alot of building experience. He said they did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again. They came when they said they would, were professional, and cleaned everything up.

The whole Beiler Brothers team is great. Owner Eli came promptly for the initial bid, gave a detailed pack of info with little shingle samples, and recommended a color. He and his colleague were efficient and answered all my questions. They indicated they were scheduling out into the summer, but in the end were able to come within 3 weeks. They gave us 2 weeks notice, then arrived all of a sudden one afternoon to leave their truck and some supplies. The next morning, the crew came exactly on time, got the whole roof prepped by mid-afternoon, then installed the shingles the following day. We particularly appreciated their quiet ethic (no blaring boom box or loud conversation) and tidying up. It was inevitable that some of the material fell upon our flowers and we found a handful of nails on the driveway afterward, but that was to be expected. We would without hesitation recommend Beiler Bros to our neighbors and friends.

Shed roof needed replacing and cedar shingle house roof needed patching. The Beiler crew arrived promptly to make the estimates. They were honest about what they could and could not do. Once we accepted the estimate they completed the work quickly and did an excellent job. I would hire them again.

Great. Came out as promised to give an estimate which described fully the work to be performed. Came out as promised to do work. Kept job site very clean and left it that way when they left. Had all of the necessary equipment including some lift pieces I've never seen before. Did a great job. Very pleased. Price was well below what many other roofers wanted to charge including some with bad ratings..

The Beiler Bros did an exceptional job on all the projects listed above. They replaced our 50 year old roof in about 3-1/2 days in 100+ temperatures a few days after a derecho storm ripped through our neighborhood; replaced all 18 of our single-pane windows and sliding glass door with energy star, gas-filled insulated windows in about 2 days; put new vinyl trim molding around the roof line in about 1/2 day, and installed a new egress window in a basement guest room in 1/2 day. They were meticulous, quick, and did a highly professional job within the estimates they quoted. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or new window.

Beiler Bros. is everything you want in a roofing co. They are prompt, dependable and reasonably priced. The job went smoothly from start to finish. The guys were polite and neat. Need I say more? I would definitely use them again.

Excellent work done by honest, hard-working crew at a very competitive price. We were not in a rush, but it took several months and a couple of follow-ups from our end for the project to get started. Once started, they completed a full siding, vinyl window, and gutter replacement job in a reasonable amount of time. The hot weather did not slow down the two-man crew, with help from a couple of others on an as-needed basis. The "supervisor" was very experienced and made several suggested changes/improvements, some at no additional cost, that greatly enhanced the end result. Workers were extremely polite, respectful, and did a wonderful job cleaning up. We have told anyone in need of siding, window, gutter, or roofing work to strongly consider Beiler Brothers.

I chose Beiler Bros. because they replaced my neighbor's roof a few years back and did a beautiful job. I was not disappointed. In fact, from estimate to completion, I was very impressed and pleased with Beiler Bros. responsiveness, professionalism, and overall quality of workmanship and materials. Their price couldn't be beat, and I don't know that I've ever seen a crew that worked so hard...............and in the listering heat, to boot! They tend to have a long lead time - I accepted their bid in April for a mid-July installation. But that's ok - I wasn't in a hurry and it was worth the wait.

They were really backed up so we had to wait a bit for them to come but that's because they have a very good price. They did really good work and it was quick.

I loved them. They were prompt and courteous. They did a terriffic job. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They communicated well and showed up when they said they would show up.

They were very professional. They came up early in the morning and worked really hard. It took them about 4 or 5 days and they did an excellent job. They cleaned up pretty well, which is important for a roofer.
