Description of Work: Worked with GW Sipes in an attempt to solicit a bid for new construction efforts. Although I had to stay on top of them to get an answer in response to my RFP, they finally replied they would not participate. Not sure why, no explanation, which would/could have been useful for "the road ahead". | |Having said that, they were professional when we did finally connect on the phone. Maybe it just was not meant to be.

Description of Work: They were supposed to provide an estimate for a comprehensive replacement of our HVAC system.

+ 1 moreI have not only my home, but they have done service for my rental as well. They do all kinds of plumbing and electrical work for me. They also service my air conditioning unit. The list goes on and on for what they do. They are very timely and thorough, and I am very impressed by them. They are very friendly to deal with and have good workmanship. If I have any problems, they are the first I call.
