Description of Work: I hired Scott's to install apoxy flooring. He came in looked at the job and gave me a fair price. It took 4 months after getting the quote for him to come in and do the job, which was fine with me. When he went to lay the flooring his dealer was out of business so ended up hiring Strong Flooring to do the job at $200 more. A great job was done. Then Scott's moved the washer and dryer back and put in the baseboard and trim. When moving the washer/dryer in they marked up the trim pretty bad and they forgot to put quarter round between the dining room and back hallway area. This was in January...it is now October and it's still not done. No matter how many times we've scheduled Scott's to come back and finish....nothing. Very nice guy, will go the extra mile when in the midst of a job, but not good at finishing up. The shame is I have other jobs to be done and now have to find some reliable and reasonable all over again.
