Description of Work: We had them install a pool in 2011. We are VERY pleased with the service we received then and with what we receive now...the opening and closing of our pool. It went smoothly. Matt is always helpful, as is his dad, Hank.

+ 0 moreOur biggest problem was with the zoning. Hank helped us with pool design and property measurements early on to make sure we had our pool in the ground on time. Due to circumstances beyond all of our control, the pool was recently completed. It was worth the wait! Once the zoning was taken care of and the building took place, it didn't take long to complete the pool...two weeks. We used a different system than chlorine or salt ( Caribean Clear ionization) and Hank very willingly helped us set up that system. Hank took the time to patiently answer many questions. He gave us his honest opinion about what he thought should be done. His son, Matt, is wonderful as well, clearly explaining how to use the equipment. I highly recommend Northeast Pool Supply. By reading just the name, one has no idea that Northeast Pool Supply it is a pool installation company. It is a hidden treasure. It is a small and quot;Mom and Popand quot; business that treats the customers as family...and the results are outstanding!
Description of Work: Northeast Pool Supply worked with us from the beginning to the end in building a gorgeous pool! It's a large L-shape design. Hank is meticulous in making sure everything is done properly.
