Renovation went very well, Jim is a true pro at what he does and always kept us informed on what he was doing and if we had any questions during the process. He was very willing to offer suggestions when we needed help in making a decision on something. We were glad to accept his recommendations due to his experience and we trusted his opinion. Jim is very personable and very easy to communicate with. He even asked if we would mind if he could work on a Saturday. He takes pride in his work and we were extremely happy that we chose Jim to do our bath room remodel. We would not hesitate to have Jim do other work for us if needed. The remodel took a little over 4 weeks to complete but was well worth the wait to have a beautiful newly remodeled bathroom done by Jim. We are very pleased how everything turned out.

Finally decided to upgrade from our Builder's grade Master Bath. Had a phone-booth sized plastic shower surround and a large spa tub that didn't get much use. After staying at many nice hotels throughout our travels, we knew we wanted a spa like bath with a large shower. Decided to ditch the tub due to space constraints and go for the extra large fully tiled shower. After doing our due diligence interviewing Contractors, checking references etc., it was clear Jim was the right man for the job. His price was competitive, he came recommended by his suppliers and he was booked about 2 plus months out...all good signs in my book. Liked Jim from our first meeting. Had lots of great ideas (most of which we used) and wasn't afraid to make suggestions. He was responsive and was quick to reply to calls and email/texts. He uses top quality materials and is quick to point out the need to look beyond the nice finishes, stressing the importance of using quality products underneath for a long lasting high quality job. That was music to my ears. Total time for the job was quoted as appx 5 weeks but took a little longer, closer to 7. I had no problem since Jim wanted to make sure it was done right and not rush through it. Can't argue with that! We went "high end" as unfortunately we have expensive taste. Think Italian tile, German Tile, high end fixtures, quartz counters, super cool sliding glass shower door (eat your heart out Ritz Carlton)...you get the picture. In the end Jim did an incredible job - all of it by himself with the exception of the plumbing and electrical. He even vacuumed up after the end of each day. He treated our house like it was his own! You can see our bathroom on his website. We are the "Mechanicsburg modern" Can't say enough about the great job Jim did! I would whole-heartedly recommend him!
