the workers were very prompt, professional and friendly. cleaned up after. Kept us informed and delivered what they promised. the previous 3 contractors we dealt with were let go before the job was finished for various reasons, including ineptitude. Madison Homes is on the top of our list from now on!

Great! The work was completed in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. It appears a branch pierced a shingle contributing to a leak. For about 6 years I have used Madison Homes for home repair services and they have provided professional, premiere-quality work.

Fabulous! George Estep coordinated the entire project from meeting me to pick out cabinets, tile, and fixtures, to managing his crew and subcontractors. We needed a rectangular area on the textured celling where the shower wall had been, and he brought in a plaster specialist for that. It is impossible to see where that wall was. His workers were prompt and courteous. Adequate cleanup occurred at the end of every day.

Terrible. Many things done incorrectly along the way that needed corrected it in the end the job was unsatisfactory. The brand-new roof needs completely replaced according to four estimates and a professional engineers opinion, Mr. Estep put in writing that rafters were replaced for the porch balcony that we're not, one board was replaced and cut in the middle and not secured leaving the port compromised and sagging without proper drainage. The siding was put on the garage without any vapor barrier not protecting it from Water and improperly installed stripping was not put under the drip edge as required. Improper caulking and misalignment of boards replaced on the front door. I fired him from that job and had to finish it myself. We also replaced and entry garage door which I told him not to do and now there are days it will not open. Was not given any choice of doors although I was not charged for the door either. There are days I cannot get into my garage. I do not have openers for the main garage doors. Along the way several issues need to be corrected and I had to closely oversee everything being completed. Roofing debris ended up in my sewer clean out mysteriously, a police report was filed. When the job is complete several issues were brought to Mr. Estep's attention yet he chose to ignore them and we are now fighting it out in court.

Madison Homes workmen were professional diligent expert at their work, which was flawlessly executed and friendly. Without any hesitation I will use Madison Homes when I restore the bedroom floors and I would not hesitate to recommend Madison Homes.
