Description of Work: I contacted Home Spec to perform an inspection. I had a short time to get this completed. Home Spec was very prompt to return my call and follow up with me. They answered all my questions. Unfortunately, they did not have any availability that fit within my schedule constraints. They were kind to refer me to another inspection company so my home inspection occurred in time.

+ -1 moreVery well. I have refered this company to many of my clients at least 10 in the past two years alone. They are always available & on time. I appreciate their courteous communication skills & willingness to explain things to my clients. Everything in a house is fixable & not every problem is a deal breaker. Many items I encourage my buyers to fix themselves to avoid a cheap attempted correction that they will end up having to redo anyway.
