Dino was great to work with from my initial phone call through final installation. He was very professional and personable throughout the entire process. There were no gimmicks or high pressure tactics during the consultation. They arrived exactly when scheduled and had all four windows installed in a very timely manner. Clean up was very thorough. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Showed up at the exact time stated. Very courteous and polite. Went right to work and had 11 windows removed in an hour and a half. All new double hung windows installed and everything cleaned up by 3:30 pm. I was so pleased with their proformance, I had them come back to install 4 more windows and 2 windows had unexpected rotten wood. Dino had rotten wood replaced with new at no additional cost to me. I am so pleased and if I need anymore windows replaced, I will definitely hire Dino Tozzi and his crew in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Dino and his crew. They did a fabulous job!!!

Installers arrived promptly and installed 14 windows under 6 hours. Very satisfied with the cleanup and the job well done. Thanks again.

Dino was absolutely amazing! I needed the top portion of a single hung window replaced. The whole project only took about 10 days from free estimate to install, and I had been expecting at least 2 weeks just for shipment - I was very impressed. The price was very reasonable, and Dino's outstanding sense of excellent customer service made it seem even more reasonable. Dino went above and beyond to help me in any way he could - not only did he replace the window, but he also fixed an issue I was having with another window in my basement (for free), AND he even fixed my front screen door as well (also no additional charge!) Highly recommend!!!

Courtesy abounded while coordinating with me 3000 miles away and with the local tenants. Strange schedules and meeting locations willingly accommodated (in other words, the company was eager to compete for your business). Presentation was not "canned." Installation was completed timely after product receipt and installed per our agreement. Debris was removed following installation.

What a pleasure working with him and his crew of excellent installers! The windows are of exceptional quality at a great price. I noticed an improvement in the warmth in my house during these cold winter months ever since the new windows were installed. Also, Dino went above and beyond by fixing two windows that I was not having replaced. The windows were hard to open and Dino was able to fix the valances so that they operate very smoothly. the workman called and came within two hours to measure. He ordered the glass and gave a two week window to get the glass from the factory. He was back in two weeks to finish the job and he even cleaned the window after he had installed it.
