They did a good job. He did a really great job. He works by himself. I asked him if he did find something lesser and the other people didn't and he did. He found some windows that were a little less expensive. He was conscious of the funding. I think he did an excellent on the roof. The way its put in, the time and everything. He works by himself and in one day he's done.

When I needed last minute work on a house I was selling I went on Angies List and looked at general contractors. I called five but Brian called me back right away. I explained that I had a last minute job to help me to close on the house I was selling. This involved climbing under the house in the crawlspace and drilling 16 holes and installing half inch bolts in the I-beams. He agreed to come out that evening and look at it. He showed-up on time and said he would be able to do the job the next day. He arrived the next afternoon and spent four and a half hours and completed the job admirbly. I will hire this man again in a heart beat - he is honorable, and reliable. I found the price to be more than fair considering the short notice. Thanks to him we were able to close on the house sale in time and the job was done correctly.

Brian Weller is an excellent craftsman. He knows how to do everything. There is nothing that he does not know how to do concerning building, electrical, plumbing and all kinds of stuff. He is just excellent. We would absolutely use him again in the future.

He is excellent and very kind. At the time we were expecting a child to come home from college and I was driving back and forth elsewhere as I was busy. Some extra things he did for us I'm sure went over the estimate, but he went out of his way to help us out. He was very thorough and honest. They day our Son was supposed to be home the drain backed up downstairs and Brian came out didn't charge a thing and retouched the work as the flood had damaged a bit of the molding he completed.

My wife, Christina, was there to handle things, as I was working. Her story: On Monday, I found Brian through Angie's List and called him, as well as 3 other roofing companies. I had to leave messages for everyone. That evening, Brian returned my call and agreed to come by Tuesday evening to look at the roof and give us an estimate. He arrived at the stated time and was very polite. He spoke with my husband and quoted a reasonable price and stated he could come Saturday to do the work if we chose him. We agreed and Brian said he would be at our home Saturday morning at 8am. Saturday I intended to get up early since Brian was coming to work on the roof. I overslept and got up around 7:15. I quickly nursed my 3-month-old infant so that I could get my other children some breakfast and get myself ready before 8am. When I finished nursing and changing the baby, it was about 7:40 and I went to the kitchen to get the others some breakfast. I looked out the patio door and noticed a ladder already set up. Brian was already fast at work up on our roof! Others might be upset to still be in their pajamas, but I was so happy that Brian had shown up early and started working immediately. He hadn't bothered me or my routine by coming to the door - he went right into the backyard and up onto the roof to fix our problem. He worked diligently and kindly waved to my children through the patio door as they yelled cheerful and quot;hellos!and quot; By 1:30pm, if not sooner, he had finished his work. Brian cleaned everything up nicely - just as things had been before he came. Only after he was completely done with the work, cleaning up and packing everything into his vehicle, did he come to the door and present me with the bill. Just as he stated, he charged $300.00 for his materials, labor and clean-up. He also had a good chuckle at my kids while I paid him. He was very courteous and I would definitely hire him again.

I had seen Brian's recommendation on Angies list and felt comfortable bringing him in for the estimate. Rood repairs was his forte and the roof on our house is quite high with a steep pitch. He came alone for the estimate. and when I descrivbed the location of the leak he quckly assessed the problem was the rubber boot at the base of the vent pipe(s) . Apparently ther material these boots are made from and the weather have these items crack after 10-15 years creating a very likely leak issue. We had 2 of our 3 vent pipes with leaks in our attic. He gave me an estimate and came the next day with a helper. He and his helper were clean and curteous. They quitely performed the repairs and gave me an assessment of the roof . I had Brian repair all 3 boots even though only 2 had leaks. Brian indicated the previous boots were not installed properly which also may have contributed to a shorter life. Its been several 2.5 months since the repair and I am very pleased with the quality of the repairs, the experience and based on my positive experience and price, I would highly recommend Brian to all.

He was very good. He patched up the roof and did some other things for the satellite dish. I am going to have him come in the spring as I want some other things to be done like a new wooden floor and things like that. The gentleman was very businesslike. He came, put the ladder and went up to check. He came down and told me that he could fix it and it would not be a problem because he knew as to what the problem was. He said that he would come back the next week to do it. He came back the next week and did it. I asked him about how much I owed him and he told me the price. I wrote him a check and thanked him. I asked him if I could use him again as I had some other things to be done and he agreed. He even agreed to do the ceramic tile. I then told him that I would call him when I was ready and he said that it was fine. My overall experience with him was excellent. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

The job was performed very well. We now have no leaking at all. The contractor was professional and did a very good job. I would recommend this company.

Arrived at the time stated. Worked under poor weather conditions to avoid impending worse weather. Do not have any dont's. Aside from roofing can apparently do other types home repair.

There was nothing that I disliked about them. Brian is always very personable; he knows our family. He worries about customer service. When he came to do the appraisal, he sat here for a half hour before I arrived, talking with my mother, who lives with me. It's a family-owned business, and he treats all of his customers like family. If you have any questions, he's good at showing up to help you out. It's like having a relative that does the work for you. Over the years, he has done three projects for me. They are always well done and done in a timely fashion. We have never had any issues where he has had to come back to redo anything. He does quality construction.
