Came to our home, was told that we'd get an estimate at a later date. Never heard from them again.

Did not spend quality time reviewing the project. Simply too rushed overall. Failed to provide answers to questions as he promised.

Purchased tile grout work. Was hoping worker would find minimal damage, and could just use the time to refresh grout, but knew that was unlikely. He let me know about areas of damage / excessive wear that I'd suspected, and he verified. He spent most of the time working on patching those areas, then refreshed some of the more "tired" areas before leaving. Stayed longer than the allotted time, to be sure that the most needed areas were addressed, and I was billed later for the additional time. Definitely worth it.

Project completed in a very reasonable amount of time...suggestions for materials and replacement goods were excellent with a variety of cost options available. Workmanship for wall paper removal, painting and installation of flooring was uncompromisingly with perfection and completed well with projected time lines. Suggestion for small changes and/or additions as the project progressed were well thought out...reasonable in relationship to the entire project and reasonable in terms of cost. Strongly and gladly recommend for reliability, good quality and professional work.

Jason (owner) provided an estimate in a matter of days which I was happy with since several others took over a month to get back to me with a price. He began the work on time and completed the work on time too. I gave him a deadline for the work to be completed and he met that deadline. Work began slowly as the first few days they continued to hit rock while digging the foundation. They also found a septic tank that was not supposed to be there but caused a minor delay in the work. Jason and his crew worked "long" days and some weekends to catch up with his schedule. I was there daily to watch what they were doing and, I guess, became a pain in the butt at times BUT... they never complained. They just answered my questions and told me not to worry, they would complete the job on time. The work was done in a very professional manner and I was very pleased that they cleaned up every day after they were done. Example: The entire roof was replaced (addition and existing home) and I found two (2) roofing nails in the flower bed when they were done. I expected to be picking them up for several weeks but that was not the case. Jason and his crew worked very well with others too. I had to have the A/C replaced because it broke down about a week before Jason began his work. The A/C company was able to come and go on several different days to complete their work and Jason worked around them. No problems at all. Several weeks after the work was completed, we discovered a small leak in the new roof around an exhaust pipe that went thru the roof. I called Jason and he was there the next morning to look at it. The leak was repaired in short order and has not been a problem since. I would highly recommend Blue Mountain Builders to anyone looking for a contractor to do construction work. Jason and his crew do excellent work and the sub-contractors Jason brought in to do some of the work also were exceptional. (Especially the siding crew) The work was done ON TIME and on budget. They were always pleasant to deal with and were very responsive to my requests. I was VERY impressed on how quickly they responded to the small problem with the leak AFTER they had been done for several weeks. That, to me, shows how dedicated that are to a customers satisfaction. Would/will use them again in a minute.

Jason was a pleasure to meet with and talk to. He was willing to listen to everything I had to say and answer questions I had. I was really looking forward to working with his company. Unfortunately, due to the time frame of the work, it wasn't feasible for me to use his services. I would strongly recommend Blue Mountain Builders for large-scale projects. Jason seemed completely confident and prepared to take on any issues that I brought up. In a situation where you want to tell them what you want, and just let them get it done well, I think this would be a great company to choose.

We were very pleased with the owner right away due to his quick response to our request on our project. He showed up on time for our first meeting to discuss our plans and that was very important because it showed us that he too cared. He is very knowledgeable and had wonderful ideas for us to maximize our space with the new bay. He started the project on time and began right away with the first step. From there the project went very smooth with no issues except for the weather at times but no control of that. Just some rain. Jason and his crew were great! Always cleaned up after the day and checked in with us often to see if we were pleased or any issues to discuss. Can't say enough how happy we were with Blue Mountain Builders! I thought the price was very reasonable and the work was done great. I would hire this company in the future for any of our projects.

They were very nice. They came in promptly. The gentleman we had was very flexible and he came back later to do certain things we wanted him to do. They were priced fairly and everything went on quite well. We were very satisfied.

It didn't "go" at all. The guy was supposed to show up on Tuesday am, I waited all morning, and he never showed up, or called. Still has not called back.

Owner did not respond to numerous phone calls and emails to try to schedule an appointment. Did not use and will not use this provider in the future.

After an initial period where I could not get any response from them--they were just THAT busy--we talked and agreed to change the parameters of the work to be done. They came in right away to do the work, were on time, and finished the work before they left that day. I came home and couldn't believe that they had finished it without having to call me to authorize any additional materials cost beyond the figure we agreed upon that morning. The new gate looks like an original part of the fence, and the gates swing inward--just the reverse of the previous location. They were great, and the work is really good. I would recommend them to others, and yes, I would use them again.

Steve arrived promptly at 8 a.m. He was very efficient as well as professional and I'm very pleased with the end result.

It took a few weeks till we could get the dates coordinated. The provider was there at the exact time promised. The results were much better than I expected. It looks brand new. I am very pleased

Blue Mountain Builders came on time. They were professional & courteous. They came on time and finished the job to my satisfaction.

It was good. I had a Groupon so it was I think, $99. It was prompt, efficient, cleaned up, and it looked good!

It was for three hours of work and he did a beautiful job. He was very pleasant to work with.

A technician showed up on the date and time scheduled. Restored grout where required around tub tile and applied sealer where needed. Work took 2.5 hours.

Perfect!! They did such a wonderful job on the porch that we immediately hired them to do the door as well. Honest, professional, hard-working, punctual, meticulous, and friendly, we highly recommend Blue Mountain Builders and wouldn't hesitate to hire them for any job.

Although we did not end up doing business together the company was Promt Professional helpful, and went above and beyond in helping me find what I needed.

It was abandoned part way through a project by another person so I came to Angies List to find someone who could complete the job. They came in and showed up on time and finished the outside. They sealed all the windows and doors. Completed sealing the roof to the side of the house. Finished installing the siding. The outside looks fabulous. Extremely pleased with their work. They are friendly and professional and get the job done right. I will use them again to finish the inside. I highly recommend them.

Owner and person who provided service showed up promptly and were very cordial. Provided outstanding service and kept me updated throughout process. Repairs were of a high quality and professionally performed. Overall a very positive experience and highly recommend their service.

Jason did not stop by for an inspection of the job ahead of time, so it turned out that he had to make a couple of trips for materials. His helper was new, so he was not very knowledgable yet. Jason called his lead worker Chris to take a look at the job since he had a lot of experience, and the job had turned out to be more than expected. Chris was very knowledgable and did a good job to get the fans vented. I feel Jason is an honest person who will try to always do the right thing.

HE DOES QUALITY WORK AND STANDS BY IT. Jason has done many projects for me, both new construction (a bridge that has withstood a major flood) and numerous rebuilding projects of prior work poorly done. Jason was the lowest bidder to replace a 30' long bridge over a mill race that had been destroyed in a flood. Shortly after built it, one of the largest floods on the Yellow Bridges completely inundated the bridge, but it was completely undamaged. The only job Jason did that wasn't perfect was install a rubber rood over a nearly flat-roofed porch. When the roof leaked, Jason immediately contacted a friend, a rubber roof professional. Rather than try a piecemeal fix, he had the roofer completely replace the roof at his own expense. Needless to say, I highly recommend his services
