Bill and Adam did an incredible job on our patio from start to finish. When Bill came out to talk about the job and provide an estimate he was extremely helpful in explaining the options, providing some design input, and explaining his entire process from start to finish. During the installation, they showed up on time and were incredibly efficient and clean/mindful of all of the existing landscaping. All totaled, the project took about 14 hours over the course of 3 days, which we felt was a very quick install considering the size of the project. Bill verified the layout with us before they started digging, and then was completely self sufficient until the completion of the project. We also requested that one of the 6" x 6" pavers be kept out so we could have it engraved as a memorial stone and Bill could not have been more accommodating, including leaving more than enough polymeric sand for us to install the final paver ourselves after it was done. We were beyond satisfied with the work that Bill and his team did and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to install a paver patio!

Bill Davis is a good man. I hired him to do a 20x20 patio in my back yard and he did it perfectly in a short amount of time. He started work on time as promised and delivered a quality product.

Bill & Adam came in the afternoon & pulled up all of the old brick patio & prepped & prepared the area for the new pavers, working into the early evening. The next afternoon, Adam came by to finish the prep work then Bill & crew laid the beautiful new paver patio with a knee wall. Again, working into the dark hours. When Bill first got here he asked if I was ready for a "real makeover" and boy was he right! The patio is beautiful and we love it! They were all courteous & very conscientious of what they were doing and re-seeded where needed. Great job guys! We would definitely recommend them again!

I couldn't ask for a better outcome!! The new patio looks amazing!! Bill Davis helped me in the selection and design of the pavers, and explained how he would do the project. He and his workers were punctual, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I used Bill in part because he is a certified installer for Techo-Bloc and it was clear by how fast he worked that he knew the product and how to install it correctly. This project was done on a 2 year old townhouse in a new development in the area. This installation included digging out the 8'X10' concrete pad, digging the foundation for the 10'X30' patio, routing drain pipes under the patio, putting in the base, putting in the pavers, he planted several plants for me, put topsoil down around them, re-seeded along the border of the patio, and topped it off with straw. He even trimmed the concrete pad my air conditioner unit was sitting on because it was uneven, and he wanted the pavers to be aligned. His attention to detail is excellent! Bill also came with good equipment to complete the job... dump trucks, bobcat, cutters, stampers, trailer, etc. All well maintained and very clean. This meant to me that if he cares this much about his equipment, he will also care about doing a great job for me. I would highly recommend Bill Davis Landscaping LLC for any landscaping and hard scaping project. In fact, I am having him come back in the fall to do some lawn work. HIs estimate was very reasonable and he stuck with it.

I found Bill Davis Landscape on Angie's List, so glad I did! Bill came to our house in the evening and spent a lot of time with us discussing different options and made suggestions which helped with our final decision on how our patio should be. Bill and his crew came out within one month and completed the job within 2 days. He put mushroom soil down and graded around the patio and planted grass, in other words Bill completed the job beyond our expectations. We absouletly love the out come and are enjoying it every day. Can't thank Bill enough! I would highly recommend Bill Davis Landscaping to anyone looking for someone to do hardscape/landscape.

Bill and his team worked a total of two days (one really long day and two short days) to install an absolutely beautiful patio for us. He made the patio into a kind of courtyard since it was in an area between our garage, house and sunroom. His work is impeccable and the team works like a well oiled machine. We made a few changes during the process and Bill took it in stride and accommodated our wishes with professionalism. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with his work. His prep work before laying the pavers was impressive. There were three guys on the first day, 5 guys on the second half day and Bill and Adam came for a few hours on Sunday to finish seeding and putting down the polymetric joint sand. He would have gotten the whole job completed in two days, but the weather did not cooperate on the second day. The guys cleaned up all their equipment and tools at the end of each day. Bill and his team are hard workers and got the job done in an efficient and timely manner. I wouldn't think twice about having Bill do any other future projects for us.

Bill is a good man and did outstanding work. I love my patio and he did a great job. I highly recommend him and look forward to doing more out door projects with Bill and his crew in the Spring. He pays attention to detail and just did an outstanding patio. Thank you Bill and to your workers.

I have been looking for quite a while for someone to redo my patio. The old pavers were sunken in, dirty and in desperate need of replacement. It is very hard finding someone who will do a "small job" After getting 2 other estimates that were very high, I called Bill and left a message in early April. He returned my call promptly and gave me a very thorough explanation on the phone. Within a week he came to take measurements. He sent me the estimate the next morning. The price was very reasonable. The only issue was getting his equipment to the back of the house. It's a townhouse community and on a hill. We worked that out. Bill arrived on Saturday morning about 7:30 with two other guys. They had the old patio pulled out by 9:00 am and the new one installed, edging in by noon. It looks fabulous! Bill was very courteous and always was prompt about responding. I would highly recommend!

Bill came out to provide an estimate and during the course of that initial visit offered alternative suggestions with explanation for the intended project. After the initial visit, a written estimate was provided within 48 hours. From the estimate to the start of the job, some adjustments were made and incorporated into the final contract. Bill performed the work outlined in the contract in the amount of time he estimated. I am pleased with the final outcome and appreciated the professionalism of Bill and his team. They did great work and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

It went very well. When we decided to go with Bill 3 months ago he gave us a tentative date of June 12th to start the work. He actually started on June 10th. You can't do any better than that at scheduling this sort of work. Bill and I are both engineers and he is just as fussy about doing things the right way and not cutting corners as I am. Bill is the lead worker as well as the owner and closely involved in everything that was done. He and his crew worked well together and completed the work in 2 days. We are very pleased with our new patio. We had gotten other estimates as well and Bill's was in line with the others. What convinced us to go with him was that it was obvious when talking to him that he knew his business and exactly how to go about doing what we wanted done. None of the "Gee I don't know for sure" or "we will have to wait and see when we get here" type of comments we got from some of the others which to me means their estimate is just a starting point and the price will go up as they make changes during the work. None of that with Bill. Very professional.

We had a retaining wall about 3 feet tall that fell over due to poor drainage. Bill hauled away the old bricks and put up a beautiful new wall. He also prepped a pad for a new shed that we are having built. Bill and his crew were extremely professional. When he came to give us an estimate he was very specific about what he would and how much it would cost. He showed up on time and completed the job in the promised about of time. They repaired all damage done to the grass and reseeded. Everything was cleaned up and all trash hauled away. I only have good things to say about Bill and his crew and would highly recommend him.

Our experience with Bill and his crew was fantastic! He gave us an estimate within one day of contacting him. He gave us good suggestions and provided a thorough, all-inclusive written estimate. Bill explained what he would be doing and why so we would understand the process. Prior to starting, we were confident that he would address our drainage and water flow issues based on his knowledge and explanation and he didn't disappoint. He worked with us on scheduling around another contractor and volunteered to do the digging that was required by the other contractor. Bill and his crew arrived on time every day, were personable, and professional. They cleaned up each day and left the yard in better condition than it was when they started. They brought in top soil and replanted grass anywhere that was affected by the construction. Bill is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work and it shows in the finished product. We are thrilled with the completed job and are happy that we hired Bill Davis. We would hire him again and would absolutely recommend him to others. He knows what he's doing, gets the job done quickly, and provides quality service.

The contractor's performance was excellent from quote to finished product. The process was very efficient and all facets of the project were handled skillfully and with the attention to detail that the customer deserves. Bill is amazing! He is very professional, kind and explains everything he's doing in detail. He makes sure you know what's going on, why and when. He is physically present during the whole job to handle any questions. He doesn't cut corners, either!

Bill and his team were professional, punctual, and very hard-working, and did an excellent job for us. Bill was very easy to work with, inviting our input and discussing each aspect of the project with us. I was happy to see that Bill is very particular about his work, which resulted in superior quality workmanship. Bill was also very adaptable to changes as the project evolved. Mid-way through the project, we realized that we would need to partially relocate and extend an underground water drainage pipe. Bill adjusted the project schedule to accommodate the additional work, minimized the added cost, and completed the project within the original time frame. Throughout the project, Bill spoke with us about how things were going and whether we were pleased with his work and the work of his team. He was clear that he would accept nothing less than our full satisfaction with each phase of the project. The new patio areas are a beautiful addition to our back yard and it was a complete pleasure working with Bill to get it done.

Generally pleased with the project. Arrived as scheduled and completed the job on time. Paver work was very well done. Minor issues regarding one of the sitting walls and steps. Bill offered to address the issues post project completion but ultimately I decided to live with the end product. My only advice would be sure to carefully overlook the project while in progress to address any concerns you might have as I believe my situration would have been resolved if I had done so.

Quick service on an appointment for an estimate. Estimate provided quickly. Work done on schedule in 2 days as expected. Everything nice and clean when completed. Done for the estimated price even though the removal was a bit tougher than expected. Bill and his helper, Adam, were professional, friendly, and did exactly what they said they would do. The job is beautiful.

We have a very large paver-stone patio in our backyard that also extends around our pool. All of the pavers surrounding the pool had begun to "sink-in", many quite severely, due to settling of the backfill and/or wash-out of the sand base. Bill promptly responded to a request for an estimate, explained the process that he would use to do this extensive repair (which extended about 3 feet out from the concrete pool deck all around a 36k-gallon pool). Further, his estimate was a few hundred less than the other estimate we had from (I would guess) the people who had repaired it at an earlier date (before we owened the property), which as it turned out was not nearly as professional/thorough a job as Bill's, e.g., they had not used a fabric under the stones to prevent sand loss, nor had they used a polymeric sand to seal the paver joints. Turnaround time was only a few weeks, and the job was completed in less than 3 days, working one half-day and two evenings. I might add that Bill has a day job, and the half-day that they worked was actually Labor Day, when they started about 7:45 AM! Bill works along with his crew, and makes it a point to be present at all jobs. They did a great job, and even repaired an area that was not covered in the estimate, at no extra cost. Bill is very personable, and he freely and enthusiastically answered quite a number of my questions about the job, maintenance of the patio, etc., as well as about unrelated issues such as the best way to repair cracks in the concrete deck of our pool, and the replacement of a retaining wall. I would highly recommend Bill; I have no doubt that I will be calling him for future jobs.

The project went very well. My husband and I decided to have a patio installed for the summer and began by having three vendors out to our home for a consultation and quote. Bill, was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. He knew his products well and was able to walk us through a great design that met our needs and fit into our budget. Once Bill and his team were onsite for the project, everything went very well. Bill is a very hard worker and very particular about all aspects of his work to make sure it was done properly. We were very impressed with him and how smoothly things went. We love our patio and new front entryway! We would highly recommend Bill!

He arrived with a crew member around 11:00 am and had finished the project by 7:00 pm. Another worker joined them in the afternoon. Bill made sure that he understood exactly how we wanted the patio done and worked with us to determine the best way to solve a minor problem (the cut from my deck was not truly square). He and his workers cleaned up the area when they were done, applied topsoil and new grass seed where his equipment had turned up the soil, and advised us to contact him if there were any concerns with the finished product. We are both pleased with the results, would use him again, and would recommend him to others.

Arrived at the appointed date and time and did all the work in one day. Some of the detail work was left unfinished, which was disappointing. Overall work was well done.
