Bill did a fantastic job. When I gave him my budget he provided ideas and made suggestions that would allow me to stay within my budget. Bill was very professional and routinely communicated with me during the entire process. I was comfortable going on vacation while he completed the job and came home to a beautiful patio. Would absolutely recommend him to others.

I am very pleased. The new patio is beautiful! Bill and his men were very quick and professional. They did a nice job reseeding the grass and repairing the gardens before leaving.

We had used Bill's services before. He put a retaining wall up for us and we were pleased with his workmanship and attention to detail. We had asked for 3 bids from 3 different people for the job to remove the old cement sidewalk, create a new paver (or cement) sidewalk, fix the ruts in our front yard and remove the stone slurry from our front yard from the well drilling done in November. Bill is an excellent worker and his bid was the lowest plus he could do all aspects of the work we needed to have done. From start to finish, it took 2 days! He and his crew were neat and considerate. Being a civil engineer, he gave us insight as to the layout of our yard and how he could level out the high areas and add to the low areas. He is a good communicator and we will recommend and use his services in the future!

We were very happy with Bills help in planning our patio layout and design. He was knowledgeable and guided us through the process of obtaining Home Owners Association approval. His staff was friendly, and courteous. When the job was complete they took care to restore the work area to its original state.

Great! Patio is gorgeous. Had a sloped yard too, but Bill did all the site work to level it, and installed a beautiful patio and steps too.

He did the lawn restoration and we left for vacation. When we came back grass was growing, we were shocked. I have referred him many times. There was two guys who did the patio and lawn restoration.

The work has not been done yet, but Bill has been great so far. We will be hiring him for this work.

We hired Bill to put a paver style patio on the back side of our house. Bill was very helpful in taking my rough drawing and turning it into something better than I had imagined. He was great at making suggestions and was very responsive and patient as we worked through the process. Bill and his team worked hard and worked together well. They had our patio done and ready to use in just 3 evenings including fixing the landscaping around the patio and putting down new grass seed. The quality and uniqueness of his work is amazing. We love our new patio and we spend much more time out there than we ever did with just the deck. Bill was so personable that my young daughter was sad she didn't get to give him a hug before he left. You won't be disappointed in hiring Bill for your hardscaping needs.

I highly recommend Bill Davis for your next patio project. From our first meeting I could tell he was really into his work. He could hear our vision for transforming the dirt area under our deck into a true living space. Given all the stellar reviews on this site I was actually skeptical they were real! But they are. We love our patio and would hire Bill and his crew again. Bill recommended another contractor for some of the other project work and closely coordinated with him to bring the project home.

Bill was the greatest. I had a bad experience with a hardscaper, Michaels (Jones) Landscaping, last year and needed to have the work redone. Not only did Bill correct the poor workmanship from Michaels landscaping, he offered new professional advice on changing things that changed the whole look of the project. He was prompt, did excellent work and completed the project in an amazing amount of time. My front walk and steps look incredible. I am so happy and so pleased with his work. I would recommend Bill for any Hardscaping project. He really knows his stuff. If you are considering having any Hardscaping done you need to use Bill Davis! You won't regret it

Bill (a civil engineer by degree) knew exactly what needed to be done to level out the area, create the proper support for the patio, ensure proper drainage and ultimately create a great place for our family to enjoy. The work started on Thursday evening with excavation. On Friday, the stone base and crush stone was put into place and some pavers were laid. On Saturday the remaining pavers were installed along with the fire pit and on Sunday he finished up. He even "hydroseeded" the new hill and repaired area of the yard that was disrupted slightly from the excavating equipment. He told us it would take about 3 days and it did. He was on time and on budget. I have attached a before photo and then some from the completed project. Of course the patio furniture has not been brought out yet, but one can see the tremendous transformation!

Bill was a delight to work with from day one. His customer service, technical knowledge and workmanship was excellent. Bill understands that the most important part of his business is customer satisfaction therefore everything he does is based upon this premise. He was always honest, straight forward, patient and upfront with all aspects the project. His crew always showed up on time and cleaned up after they left. Being an Architect, I had extremely high standards on how my patio design would be executed and Bill surpassed all of my expectations both in professionalism and execution. I also really appreciated how excited Bill was about the project.

Bill and his crew arrived Friday afternoon, and got right to work removing the old retaining wall. I thought the job would take 3 days, but Bill's team actually wrapped up by the end of the day on Saturday. The quality of work is fantastic, and I'm convinced that the walls will be there for a LONG time (there's something like 17 tons of 2B stone behind the walls). Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by how well the job went, from timing, to jobsite organization, to cleanup. The crew was very professional, and worked very well together. The new walls look great!
