VALLEY PEST CONTROL

Against my wishes, realtor called Valley Pest Control to do our termite inspection. NOTHING was noted by the inspector on his report. Upon closing we went to home to clean and found floor board damage indicating termite damage (NEVER disclosed by seller). We called realtor immediately who in turn had Valley Pest come right out. After re-inspecting the basement he stating there WAS EVIDENCE of termite damage. I asked WHY he did not put it on the report and he stated, " SELLERS don't like it if you write up every little thing". I was so angry and told him the seller was not paying him, we were. I demanded the realtor pay Ehrlich (which is who I told her to call to begin with), to do another inspection. Ehrlich found all termite damage and ACTIVE WOOD BORING BEETLES (which Valley Pest never caught at all). Realtor paid for Ehrlich to exterminate wood boring beetles. An estimate on damage caused by termites and wood boring beetles exceeded $28,000.00. After hiring an attorney and running out of money to pay him the case against seller, Valley Pest and realtor could no longer be pursued. Our damage has never been fixed and we have never been compensated by anyone. We will forever have to disclose termite and wood boring beetle damage and seller, Valley Pest Control and realtor gets off from being held accountable all because we did not have the funds to fight our case.
