Prompt, good communicator throughout the job, and generally easy to work with. The installed tank leaked initially and needed reconfiguration, but the pro was responsive, came back out, and took care of it.

Chad came in to our house, tested the water and gave his recommendations. Turns out we have great water, but hard water. He did not try to oversell at all, and recommended a water softener. What a huge difference. Glad we did this and with a great company as well.
