Neely Brother's Plumbing

They called earlier than promised arrived and performed the replacement of my kitchen faucet and the supply lines within the hour and the total was surprisingly reasonable. Neely brothers plumbing has been my family's go to plumber choice through many years and many different needs they always do exceptional work.

It was good. In Jan 2019, they came out and fix a leak.

They came the first day and ran into problems with the wall. I was not home and asked for time to think about it. I called them two days later and they came and repaired. They did not charge for the first visit, even though they put temporary fixtures on. Work was satisfactory and price was reasonable.

At first, we were informed they might not get to us until Monday or Tuesday but they managed to fit us in their busy schedule. Fixed the faucet in less than 30 minutes. Very informative and task focused. Didn't get the impression they were going to try and sell us anything beyond the repair.

I got a quick response when I called, they came out the next day, right at the time that was scheduled. They immediately recognized the problem, got the part and fixed it. Both men were very nice and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use them in the future.

They did a good job. I really liked them. Will call again if needed.

these guys are on time. they do good work. they don't find other stuff that needs done that actually doesn't. you get good work for a very affordable price.

The Neely Brothers were very responsive - they returned my call the same day and completed the requested installation quickly on that day. The work was completed by two plumbers in one hour. Prior to the beginning of installation, I explained that only 100% silicone could be used due to the manufacturer's guidelines for installation - to use anything else would void the warranty. (I even offered the use of my silicone as we had used it to mount the top to the vanity cabinet.) The new vanity had the same info on a sticker on the top of it. Once the installation got underway, I was asked to come into the bathroom, they wanted to confirm if the sink bowls were porcelain (they were not.) - the head plumber had started to use something other than silicone for the drain stopper installation (I assume it was plumbers putty). After telling them again, that it can't be putty, only silicone, he had to wipe off whatever it was he had started to use. The rest of the installation went fine and the faucets are working well. Clean-up was ok. There was a sticky substance left on the new flooring in front of the vanity that wasn't there before they arrived. It's possible that it came from the shoes or the knees of one of the men. They did what was asked for a fair price, but didn't listen to instructions and didn't go out of their way to keep the work area clean. (Use a drop cloth, especially while wearing dirty pants and shoes!)

Another company had ripped me off good. A guy at work recommended Neely Bros in New Castle. They came right away, got right on it, actually busted their butts to get the job done. I think the job they did on the vent, having to go on the roog, was exceptional. The job on the tub faucet ended up having to re do some of the tiles and they did that, too. their price was exceptionally fair compared to the "big name". These guys are great.
