work was to be done during the last 2 weeks of july, tried calling them to confirm 6-7 times they were unresponsive, left message that i would find someone else to do the project.\ and i wanted my deposit back$ 4200.00,. that got a response they would be out the next week this was end of august, i was told this would be a 2-3 day job on the roof , they tried to do it in 1 day they worked 13 hours during the rush they damaged my siding and my gutters, there men told me they were paid to do this as a side job, the guys worked hard , they left a few odds and end to complete the gutters i told them i would take care of they were supposed to bring the material to complete ,but they never did and again my phone calls were unanswered .they promise alot but do not deliver.then they ignore you once they have your money, thats not the way to do business. i hope this save someone else the aggrevation i experienced

My husband and I signed the contract on November 7, 2016, with work to begin on November 23, 2017. We were told that it would take six weeks. They finally demolished the old garage on 12/21/16. They came back occasionally to work on drainage or pipes, but they didn't actually get the block laid until mid April. Framing, siding, roof, and garage doors were all up on May 4. Concrete was finally poured on May 15. Nobody came back, so I called them on June 10. They assured me that the garage would be finished by July 1. They finally framed the apartment on June 29 and the drywall crew came on July 5. They currently cannot finish drywalling because M&T has not delivered the 12 sheets of drywall they need. Drywall, painting, flooring, kitchen cabinets, and the bathroom are all incomplete. And, when I contacted them to tell them that I found flooring that I liked, they informed me that they had chosen our flooring, sink, and vanity. They poured concrete in our yard and left pipes and construction debris in the yard. I think we were over-charged on this project. We have not seen any receipts, but were told that they bought the flooring and sink at an auction. Did they charge us full retail price for those items? We don't know. What is done looks good, but it has taken too long. Communication is poor, and they haven't delivered the service they promised. I understand that a project might run over a few weeks, but it has been almost eight months. I would not recommend M&T Allison Construction.
