flooring contractor
+ -1 moreI had new living room carpeting installed. The store schedules an outside contractor (carpet installer). They come out to measure, you then go in to pay for the flooring. Once carpet is ordered and arrives to Lowes warehouse, the installer is contacted to set up an installation date. Total time frame took approximately one month, but we weren't in a huge hurry. Lowes flooring dept. followed up to make sure we were satisified once the work was done.

+ -1 moreThe installer did not show up on certain days due to whatever excuses. He made many mistakes that left damage to several areas. The total time was close to three months which including dealing with an uninterested management and a separate, different installer to come in and remedy all of the mistakes made by the initial installer. We were totally disappointed.
Description of Work: We paid (up front) to have our entire kitchen remodeled, including new appliances. We were told that the installer was a professional who only did kitchens and baths. We were also told that the time frame was anywhere from two to three weeks from start to finish.
