Description of Work: I rented a home from this company. What a bad choice I made. The appliances in the home were non working like oven and fridge made such a bad noise. There was unfinished doors in the home like no paint and door with frame included not even nailed into the framing of the home. I was told they would be back to fix the problems but after I gave up my money to guiding hands reality I could not get in touch with anybody, ever. The rental property was a money pit. Utilities were out of this world in the winter due to the home having the Swiss cheese affect with no insulation. The heater in the cellar must be circa 1940 and the only room it kept warm was the living room. We all slept in the living room all winter and summer. I installed two window air conditioners at my own expense downstairs. It was impossible for anyone to sleep upstairs due to it being 100+ degrees ! I'm not finished yet. As for the washer and dryer. I had to repair the dryer myself when the dryer belt broke. The washing machine worked when it wanted to. The dryer eventually started cutting through the metal due to the plastic ring falling out. The dryer is not vented to the outside. It goes under the back porch area where it heats up the back laundry room. Such a dump! Seeing I could never get ahold of anyone when I moved out I gave no notice till I was moved out. I let the company keep my $625 deposit just to get out of the place clean. I paid them so I could move out in all actuality. Oh, and watch out for the tub upstairs you may end up downstairs on the kitchen sink. I also paid $169 to have the carpets cleaned due to me being a great tenant. I was never late on my rent and yet it is the worse rental experience of my life.

Description of Work: I called Guiding Hands to get an estimate for drywall and replacing tiles. I called and left several messages but never received a return phone call. I don't know if the number that is listed is correct. It sounded as if it was personal voice mail and not a company voice mail.

Description of Work: I have used Guiding Hands Real Estate Services. They did a roofing job and a full restoration. I've also used them for repair jobs, painting, carpeting, and remodeling.
