This provider did part of the job. The second part he attempted to unplug the bathtub drain using a toilet plunger which then broke a pipe in the drain. As such, about two gallons of water drained through the kitchen ceiling fan and light onto the kitchen carpet. As this was happening my wife called up to him, he came down, looked at it and left. He never made any effot to help with the clean up nor did D. J. Hannon. When I called to speak with the owner he said that is was between me and my insurance company. Nice!!!

okay. Would not use this company again simple because they arre too far away. Not local. The insurance company was in Florida and I' in Pa. Prefer to get some local company but that was not my choice or the plumbing companys doing.

The three projects took four

I've been using them for 5 years. They are dependable and they do quality work. I have steam heat in my house and they are familiar with it. Their pricing is fair and they are always on time. They do what they say they are going to do.

The plumbers could not remove the handles in the tub. They cut a huge hole behind the handles and left it like that when they were done. Need another company to come out to repair the hole they left. Said they replaced the washers in the utility sink. Made the leak even worse. We had to turn the main water line off in the cellar until my daughter replaced the whole faucet. When I called the company to complain about the work, the woman who answered the phone said I sounded upset. She never asked why or what she could do to help. I told her I was upset with the service. She never apologized and we've never heard back from them. Their customer service was atrocious.

I asked for an estimate. He surveyed the property and recommended a replacement boiler and hot water heater. He quoted an installed price. We agreed on an installation date. His crew arrived and installed the boiler and hot water heater. They insured the entire system functioned properly. He visited the job site while work was in progress. I am very satisfied with the results and will use his company for any future work in his field.
