Good, Very nice and good

I just moved and wanted the same water filtration i had at my other house, that cost me around $300. these guys took 4.25 hours and charged for waiting for a part and lunch and charged me $522. I told them that was excessive and said they'd look into it, but never got back. there was a leak that I saw, before they left the first time and said it wasn't leaking, but it was and had to come back. the mfg said the system is basic plumbing connections that shouldn't have taken more than an hour. As I said, I just moved here and I will never use them again

These people are very good in their area - heating, AC, plumbing. I would choose someone else if I needed electrical again.

In the past, I've have chosen this company for a number of purchases and installations in my current and previous home. (Hot water tank, bathtub, furnace, gas fireplace) Since I was well satisfied with all work performed and of the high quality of the technicians, I once again chose Central for the purchase and installation of a new Lennox high efficiency furnace. This company has once again lived up to and exceeded my expectations. The Lennox furnace that the new one replaces was 25 years old, and I hope that in 25 years or more I'll still be around to once again call Central for a new one.

I use them for all of my furnace and hot water tank work.

They were very punctual. They were there when they said they would. They did it all in one day. There was no mess or anything.

The tech. who came did a fine job...Would use him again. The same tech. Worked steady and neatly...no complaints..As they charge by the hour and not everyone respects other peoples home when doing potential messy jobs.....

Showed up on time. Did a good job. Cleaned up after themselves.

The man showed up on time and took care of the clog. He was courteous and professional. It took him a small amount of time and we're very satisfied with the result.

I think they are very good. They do things right the first time and I had them before and they did good work for me that is why I called them to have this done too. Their prices are comparable.

I had the furnace installed 2 years ago, I had not had any problem with it for 2 years. They did not handle the furnace during recent repair. They were too young kids. They really didn't seem to know what they were doing. One person was the slowest worker I have ever seen. He is a bit odd with everything. He was doing a lot of things in and out with kerosene, I absolutely had no idea what he was doing with it. Their response was very good, they responded pretty fast. They are way too expensive. He took a whole of Saturday, he took his own time, not punctual. I would not use them again in the future.

It was done in a very timely fashion.

A professional job.

I called Central Plumbing on an emergency repair basis, because I noticed seepage in the basement. It took several hours before someone could come over to the house. When the plumber, Carl, arrived, he quickly realized the problem was a cracked pipe somewhere between the first and second floor. We made an appointment for him to return to fix that main down-flow pipe. Carl arrived promptly on the day of the appointment. Once the lath & plaster was removed around the cracked pipe, we found there had been improper repairs made to the upstairs shower, which caused water damage between the two floors (downstairs kitchen was just below the upstairs bathroom). At this point we decided to just go ahead and fix all the plumbing. It took several partial days for the job to be completed. Carl kept me updated with everything he found, always showing me the problem so I never felt that he was artificially inflating the job. Central Plumbing was very professional and I would use them again in a heartbeat -- except, the plumbing in this house is entirely updated now. I give this company five gold stars!

Excellent work, this was a very difficult job and I was very concerned with whole process. ( Broken main line, with sewage running into my basement.) They put a plan together with timeline, and it was perfect. They answered ALL my questions, put my family at ease, and made our house a lot better then before. I had a problem with a pump in the basement, that was unrelated to mainline, they looked at it, made a suggestion, gave an estimate and it was dead on. Problem solved. They cared and the work showed.
