+ -1 moreMy goal was to obtain 3 estimates and decide who met my needs. The other 2 companies responded immediately and gave me their bids, suggestions, brochures, and reasons why their proposal should be the one chosen. I'll review both of them as soon as my project is complete
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate over 2 weeks ago. I gave the girl my home phone and my cell. Since there were no reviews and not a good way to check out the company, I asked the girl for the owner's name. The only name I could get was "Ralph". I never got a return call, never found out anything about "Ralph", so I decided to scratch Ralph from list. If It is this difficult to get an estimate, then I wouldn't want to gamble on this company during a winter rush. Sorry Ralph, I do my best to buy local, but there is a minimum standard that every business should attain, and you just didn't make it.
