+ -1 moreI called to set up an appointment for a furnace replacement and installation of a new central air unit. The answering service said they would pass on the message and someone would call back shortly to set it up. Two days later, and no call back yet. I'm not going to call again. There is only one first impression, and they've blown it.

+ -1 moreI tried to schedule a furnace tune up for the upcoming winter. Over a 3 week time span, I called 5 times reaching Baron's answering service who said that they would pass on the message or page Larry but I received no response. If they are too busy to fit me in, then let me know so that I can find another company to service my furnace. Very disappointing and un-professional!

+ -1 moreMr. Baron was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgable about our furnace. He took the time to show/teach me about our furnace with respect and without that condescending tone some providers will elude. I will recommend this company over and over again.
Description of Work: Cleaned and corrected heat sensor that was very difficult to access on our Lennox furnace.
