Superior Air Duct Cleaning

John Dean, the owner, arrived 5 minutes earlier than scheduled. He was professional throughout the entire process and answered every question I had concerning duct cleaning. He laid tarps down our steps, protected the corners of the walls and doors from damage from the large suction hose and cleaned up after himself throughout the whole house. I have always done everything around the house myself, including building the house, and am not usually satisfied when I hire people to do work. But Superior Duct Cleaning met all of my expectations and then some. Mr. Dean even removed his shoes while working throughout our home. I can't say enough about this experience. You can't go wrong with John Dean and his company. Thanks John.

They were quick, they were very respectful of our home and they were not bothered by the fact that we had a coupe of animals. They did the house a section at a time and let us know about when to put the animals and where.

It went very well. They were prompt and professional. They knew what they were doing. They were very friendly. I would use them again.

I was happy with the surface. They cleaned all my air ducts - approximately 20-25. They counted initially to give me the price and later found they had missed one. They cleaned it for free. They also cleaned the furnace. They were on time- early actually, and finished on schedule. I also thought they we're honest with me. Unlike some duct companies they didn't insist I needed to clean annually.

The cleaning procedure and cost were explained to me over the phone when I booked the service. Rich arrived on-time and was very professional. Rich reviewed the cost again, gave me an approximate time of how long it would take, showed me my dirty air ducts before starting and showed me the same cleaned ducts upon completion. This was my first Angie's List service as a newbie member and I'm very pleased.

John, the business owner, answered every question and explained exactly what his men would be doing. We scheduled the job, and Rich and Robert were right on time, were true professionals, and did a great job. I Shopped around and although Superior was lower priced, my bigger concern was the method used. The truck and equipment is impressive and you could actually hear the debris being sucked from the duct. The next time I won't be shopping around....I'll be calling John!

Rich came today to clean the air vents. He was on time, knowledgeable and kept the house clean. He diagnosed and suggested solutions to some issues we were having with heating, which was above and beyond what he'd been hired to do, and was pleasant and courteous at all times. Wish I could adopt him.

This company is fantastic! To start, we had another company come out and fill the garage ceiling below our living room with cellulose, which they did improperly (watch out folks, lots of terrible contractors out there!) and overfilled to the point of getting it into our hvac system. Once we noticed, I called John and he set us up with an appointment really quickly, as my wife was concerned as the weather was beginning to get cold and we wanted to use our heating. A tech came out and quickly and politely did the work. Showed us before and after pictures, which I saw him take (I hear some scammers out there use fake photos). So not only did this company do a FANTASTIC JOB, but they helped us recoup the expense from the terrible insulation company! Great service definitely!

The provider was very professional and did an excellent job of removing years of accumulated dust. He was meticulous and left no dust or residue. Would highly recommend him and his services to anyone at anytime.

The gentleman showed up on time... I also, just had my floors done, so he politely removed his shoes. He answered all my questions in regard to things he was doing; it was very informative. He also, showed me all the mess the was stored up in my system. He was very respectful and easy to talk to. I feel better now knowing I'm breathing in cleaner air.

Rich was a very nice person to talk to. Rich came into my home and took his shoes off. Others didn't. I showed Rich all ducts that needed to be cleaned and he went to work. Rich answered all of my questions that I had. Rich pointed out things to me and I am very pleased that he did. Overall of the work, I will use them again. Thanks Guys.

Cleaned all the ducts and the heating unit, and sanitized the ducts. I was very pleased with the service. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, showed me before and after pictures of the ducts, and cleaned up after he was finished. The truck that provides the power and collects the dust is awesome! If you have kids at home they will love it.

Excellent job - definitely recommend

After returning from vacation, we found that years of dirt in the ducts had finally let go and our home had black dust/dirt on everything. The counters, couch, tile floors, everything! I searched Angie's list for a local company & chose Superior Air Duct because the were reasonably close to our home & I got a good feeling after I spoke with them on the phone (plus, they offered a coupon on AL). A 2-man team arrived, on time with the biggest vacuum truck I've ever seen. It was like a giant dust-buster on wheels, very powerful. Unfortunately, I live on the second floor, so these poor guys had to drag the hoses, etc. up to our place, but they had enough equipment on hand to deal with the situation. The kitchen duct was more of a "problem" than the rest as we noticed a large volume of black dust in there compared to the rest of the condo. The guys listened to our concerns, cleaned every duct & visually inspected the ducts (before & after). I believe my husband got up on a chair when they were finished to check our the "bad" duct & was happy with how clean it was. We also ran the A/C & heat before they left to see if anything blew out of the ducts...all clear. They did a great job. I'm impressed with the equipment Superior Air Duct uses. Highly recommend

They were top notch in their relational capacity. John is the owner and Rich works for him. They came out as scheduled. They did excellent work. They educated me on what they were doing , why, and what it would bring about without a sales pitch. I had the sanitizing done. I would recommend it to everyone. It deals with mold, bacteria, etc. Decions were left entirely up to me with very informative information. One of my requirements when I hire someone is to be on the job, and John came out with Rich and supervised for awhile. The experience overall was great. I also was able to use a coupon. If there was an A+ they would get it.

I have no complaints with them. They came in, did the work. I am very satisfied with the service and can tell a difference.

Rick was great! He got here on time, cleaned everything thoroughly, and explained what all he found in the vents. They had never been cleaned in the almost 90 years the house has been here, so they were definitely a mess. I'm glad I got it done!

I was very happy with the service provided. I did some price shopping and found this company to have the best rates (if you want the job done right.) By that I mean there are a lot of scam companies that will offer air duct cleaning for $50, but will basically do the same thing you and your shop vac can do. The technician was punctual, professional, courteous and thorough. I was shown on camera the condition of my air ducts before the service and the spotless results afterwards. I technician was very detailed and seemed to really take his time to make sure that the job was done correctly. He did not take any short cuts and he cleaned up everything before he left and made no mess. I will definitely use them in the future and I would recommend them to anyone in need of such service. They seem to have the best equipment, the best rates, and in this case a very good technician doing the work.

The technician was incredibly professional. The appointment was scheduled for an 8AM-8:30AM arrival window and when he was caught in traffic, (police had blocked off Ohio River Blvd. that morning), he called to let us know which we greatly appreciated. Upon arrival he got right to work and was there until approximately 11:30AM. He was very thorough with the cleaning and offered to service the furnace as well at no charge. We definitely recommend this service. We have already referred Superior Air Duct Cleaning to those we know who, like us, have just moved into a new home. It has been almost a week since our ducts were cleaned and we've noticed a difference in how heat distributes in our house.

They were on time, answered questioned and didn't try to upsell other services that weren't necessary even though I asked if I needed this work done. Great experience and we would highly recommend them.
