Description of Work: They provided duct work cleaning. I was told we'd see before and after pictures. They showed one view in one vent in my garage. I would have liked to see that in my house. Also, other people cleaned your register covers and so I assumed they would have too. That didn't happen. I would have liked to have that done. We had to go back and remove them all and do that separately.

Description of Work: They cleaned duct work. I was hoping that would solve an odor problem that we notice when the AC is on. No mold or mildew was found which was good, but the odor is still a problem. He told me to watch and see if there was a connection between the AC being on and the humidity levels outside and there was, but he didn't tell me if there was anything I could do about it.

Cleaned every part of the furnace including the blower. Most furnace guys don't do that. Was very professional -- explained everything and answered every question.
