He was punctual and did a good job efficiently as far as I could tell.

Overall, I thought company was very thorough in cleaning the ducts. They were busy at our home for over 4 hours from start to finish (3300 sq. ft.) I knew the ducts would be filled with animal hair and dust, but we were surprised to discover various toys, pencils, balls, and even a small pillow in the ducts. I definitely feel that it was well worth the cost, and the technicians were very patient with me when I was questioning the whole validity of duct cleaning. They did tell me to expect a greater amount of dust on furniture this first day and then once that is dusted, I should notice a difference. I was also very pleased with how they tarped the door so my small dog was not tempted to 'escape'. If I had any suggestions, I would encourage the technician to tally the registers and returns using the form on the estimate and to update the NADCA certificate and criminal history in his binder. I would definitely recommend the company for cleaning ducts.

The tech arrived on time; was careful when placing tarps, both on floors and in door opening. I was very satisfied with the results.

Showed up on time, and went well overall. Had to go through each room and clean each diffuser and register. Time duration was about 3.5 hours.

This company came highly recommended by my telecomm repair man. The service was very efficient and thorough. John was very attentive in pointing out some issues with the ventilation and making other helpful recommendations, which I appreciated very much.

It went fine. Loved that they wore booties in my home and were very respectful of my things. Explained what they were going to do and then did it. Upstairs first, then downstairs. I was very concerned as my daughter has cystic fibrosis and I wanted my ducts clean for her sake. This company, and Bill especially, couldn't have been more professional. We had a tiny problem. John, the owner, called and actually came over!!! He was great. Resolved everything quickly and with no problem or arguments. I would definitley use this company again and have already recommended them to several other families that have CF and regular allergies. We noticed a HUGE difference after there company did the duct cleaning. But we must've had really yukky, dusty ducts. Actually, I don't think, in 50 years, the ducts were ever cleaned from the gunk that came out. You won't go wrong using this company. All were A+ and their duct equipment is superior. Make sure to read the email they send out to you showing you how all duct companies are NOT the same --- mostly in the equipment they use. By FAR, the best in Pittsburgh! Thanks guys!!!

THIS FIRM ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT THE TIME AND DATE SCHEDULED. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN ANSWERED ALL QUESTION PROMPTLY AND WITH COURTESY.MY HOME IS 40 YEARS OLD AND HAS NEVER HAD THE DUCTS CLEANED. WE VIEWED ON THEIR TV THE DUCT CONDITION BEFORE AND AND AFTER CLEANING. THE JOB TOOK ABOUT THREE AND A HALF HOURS. NO DIRT OR DUST WAS PUT INTO THE AIR DURING THE PROCESS. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE UNDERTAKING AND WOULD USE THIS FIRM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS.

John was very professional over the phone. He explained how and what would be done, along with the price. John?s employee Bill came out and was very polite. Bill actually showed me what came out the ducts, which was rather disgusting! The service was great and so was the price. The air quality in my house has greatly improved. I would call Superior Air Duct Cleaning again.

Since my house is 45 years and the ducts have never been cleaned. I check with Angies list and obtained three estimates. After my review of prices and quality of service, I choose Superior Duct Cleaning Service. Bill arrived right on time and the job was completed in a little over three hours. The service rep was very through in explaining all the work and he let me see the amount of dirt that was in my air ducts before he start and when he was finished cleaning. It was a very satisfying experience and the equipment they used made all the difference. The amount of suction was far superior to any of the other contractors I investigated. I would highly recommend this contractor for duct cleaning.

Our daughter complained she was allergic to our house( her BR) when she visits. The air-ducts had never been cleaned . We have had the carpet cleaned every fall and and are replacing the LR/DR/Hall carpet later this month. The furnace/AC was just serviced for winter on Oct 2. Advertising from different operators is misleading and quotes ranged in price from $50-$500. After reading marketing literature ,"All Air Duct Cleaners are not the same" from Superior established credibility, I again spoke with owner John, specifically described the nuances of the house to him, got satisfactory responses along with an estimate and set up the appointment. Angies's list did help in that I was able to ask for the A-Team and have confidence that the company was reputable. Cannot comment on whether our daughter's allergic reaction was from dirty air ducts until she visits for the holidays

The foam removal was more difficult than anticipated and they had to cut holes into the plaster to access the duct with the cleaning nozzle and/or whips. Our house construction and duct layout are very different than most. This is the reason the holes had to be cut. The duct cleaning was done under subcontract from the foam installer. The holes will be repaired by the foam installer.

The gentleman that came out from the company was very kind and did a great job.

They completely explain what they are going to do and why they are better than other companies, and they really are better! I will use them again and they did a great job.

I was surprised how clean my ducts were before they started for a 67 year old house that never had the ducts cleaned. The ducts did not look like the photos all the duct cleaning companies show in the advertisements. Although Superior did what they said they were going to do, I would not pay to have my house ducts cleaned again. My house always seems so dusty. I thought having the ducts cleaned would have eliminated most of the weekly dust, but it has not. My Swifter is as dusty as it was before the duct cleaning. The contractor was comparable in cost to their competitors.

Professional in all regards. On time, great work, and clean up afterwards. Provided video evidence of duct insides, which was a real eye opener.

My ducts all looked like new when he finished. It was one workman who did a very thorough job. He arrived on time and provided the cost before proceeding. I could not be more pleased.

I THOUGHT JOHN DEANS PRICE WAS REASONABLE. IT WASN'T THE LOWEST PRICE, IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE. HE WAS PROMPT & CLEAN. HE SHOWED ME WITH A CAMERA THE DUCT BEFORE & AFTER CLEANING.
