Description of Work: Rob removed a tall Blue Spruce that was dying: climbed the tree and cut and chipped all branches, cut the trunk into 8' lengths, and hauled the logs out with very little tracks through the large lawn area from the tree site to the road. Upon request, they left the bottom of the tree to use as a bird bath, and moved all of the chips to our desired location and dumped for our use in mulch beds. All debris was raked up, and the driveway and walk to porch were cleaned via leaf blower. Very pleased in total with their service and professionalism.

Description of Work: I had 10 tree stumps in my front yard ground down and several large logs left behind by the power company tree trimming removed. The work was done quickly. The only downside was that the company did not take credit cards. If he did, I would have contracted him immediately to work on the 10 stumps located in my backyard.

Description of Work: excellent work! very prompt with estimate. very good price. removed a large tree branch that was hanging over my house and patio. killed poison ivy that was vined up the whole tree. removed other smaller tree branches that were hanging around. cleaned up everything. very professional and nice, he even hung my bat house up in the tree for me. i will most definitely hire him again for future work and would highly recommend!

+ 1 moreI was in need of having a large oak tree taken down (about 36" in diameter and less than 20 feet from my house) and found Rob on Craigslist. He returned my phone call within 24 hours and showed up the next afternoon to give me a bid(I also contacted four other candidates -- 3 of which never returned the initial call). Rob promptly provided his proof of insurance and came back that evening to do the job. For the size of the tree, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the job went - not to mention, the tree feel in the exact spot that he told me it would. Overall, it went very well. I will use Rob again for any tree service needs.
Description of Work: Needed a large, dead oak tree cut down, cut into logs and left on my property for firewood. Also required stump grinding for the remaining stump (36" in diameter!).

Description of Work: Rob came and removed an overgrown bush, pulled the stump, raked the area clean and flat, and hauled away all of the debris.

+ -1 moreI called Rob from R.B. Tree Service for an estimate. He came the same evening to evaluate the job and promptly sent me an email the following morning with the estimate. We negotiated a little on the price and I contracted with him to do the work. He showed up on the weekend as we had planned and started cutting and chipping the first two trees. The second day, he did not have his usual help, but came by himself to continue working on the trees. There was a little delay during the week due to inclement weather and windy conditions. Once the rain cleared up, he was back with help and they finished the job quickly. I was quite pleased with the final result and cleanup. Rob did an excellent job for a very good price based on other estimates I received. I plan on having him return in the spring to take a few more trees down. He's a very honest, hard working person with a good work ethic and is very fair and reasonable.
