Description of Work: We contacted PAUVLINCH to quote on doing drywall work for our basement due to some recommendations we had. They came to assess the nature of the project and promised a quote in 1-2 weeks. We spent the next two months calling and emailing for a quote and they never responded to our phone messages or email. Eventually after nearly three months they submitted a quote more than 50% higher than anyone else. Needless to say, we did not use them. They clearly do not have high regard for customer service.

Response from PAUVLINCH CONSTRUCTION
This job had too many time constraints and contingencies, when we looked at the job. The customer wanted drywall hung and finished but the basement was not ready for this phase. The estimate was later than 1 to 2 weeks but customer was going to be traveling for an extended period, which put us under too many contingencies. Also, had a bad gut feeling about this customer. This customer also stated that they called many times, however there were only two messages left, which were responded to. Never received any e-mails.
