Jeffers & Leek Electric, Inc did not follow trough on a contract that was signed, they were contacted to install light fixtures in my home on July 5th. I found them trough Angi on June 19 On June 28 I had a vireo appointment with Justin E who is a residential manager. He view the job and understood what needed to be done. Later that day on the 20th of June they sent over a quote for the project indicated that a deposit of 30% approximately $300 is required to be put down so that I can get on the schedule. on June 28 I accepted the quote and I was given the day of July 5th when the job would be completed with an estimated time of arrival between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM to start on the job. Keith from Jeffers & Leek Electric, Inc. arrived after 9:30 AM that morning, over an hour late, and Justin arrived shortly after, Justin proceeded to tell me that he had underestimated the job and it would take them longer, more than 1 day to complete the job and that additional equipment is needed the job consisted of installing 2 sconces, 2 chandeliers in dining rooms, 2 chandeliers in a master room and 1 chandelier in an entryway. Justin said he needed to go to another job but Keith would stay to complete as much as he can and then come back to finish the job. Around 2:30 after installing only 2 sconces Keith informed me that he needs to leave because he needs another person to help him install the remaining fixtures. He said he would leave the boxes and all the tables that they moved so that they can continue the work when he comes back. I asked what time should I expect them the following day, Keith said he wasn't sure and that Justin would call me to tell me, I immediately called Justin and asked when should I expect them the next day. He said he would call me back with more details, from that point on July 5th until today July 12th I have called, emailed, and texted Justin several times and I have only gotten 1 text message on Monday 11th that he would call me right back. I have gotten no other responses from anyone on Jeffers & Leek Electric, Inc. and no one has informed when they will be back to complete the the work as contracted. Overall I'm incredibly unsatisfied, they lied to me so that they can take the job, take my money whitout completing what they promised they would.

This is the second time I have used Jeffers & Leek, and I will tell you the first time Justin came out I was writing reviews like crazy amazing experience for a home owner who didn’t realize how our electric really works in my home (which is kind of special, it’s odd and old) Now that I used them again today I realized I forgot to leave a review on here, I cannot say anything to touch on how wonderful this company has been to work with the professionalism, politeness, and Justin taking time to explain everything to us. Even though my home isn’t their home, they treat it as it is. I found our families permeant contractor, and will recommend them to anyone who wants a strong work ethic and someone who treats you like family. Thank you again Jeffer & Leek!!!!
