After receiving contact information on-line, I was contacted immediately via phone and e-mail for an appointment. Service was thorough and offered options for how work could be completed. Service fee minimum is a little high but value and accessibility makes it worth the expense.

ED from J&L Electric came on time and found the problems quickly. It was a broken line in the wall that I could not fine. He can a new line quickly and fixed the problem with in an hour an a half. Clean up. I would recommend Ed and Kim who setup the appoint to everyone. Fred from Dormont

J&L came over and provided us a very reasonable estimate, then were on-time for the appointment and did a great job. Will use them again in the future.

The scheduling process was quick, efficient, and within 2 weeks. Kim, the CS representative, was kind and followed up with a helpful reminder. Ed Leek, the electrician made sure that I understood exactly what each electrical request entailed in regards to time, cost, what my intentions were, and any advice that he could add to help. He also clearly explained answers to any questions and I felt that I could trust him. Naturally, the more work that you have done at once, the cheaper the individual jobs will become. All work completed was high quality and at a fair cost.
