The Jeffers & Leek representative was very friendly and professional and fixed the lighting problems quickly and thoroughly and at a reasonable price.

The company was courtioys and very professional. They answered all questions and worked in conjunction with my township to meet permit and zoning requirements. They made contact with the electric company to arrange power on and off. All work was performed in a timely manner. When I had a concern after the work was done they returned that day and quickly addressed the concern. I greatly appreciated that cost was not inflated because of my address. These guys did a GREAT job! They called me immediately, worked with me to schedule the estimate as well as the date and time of the work. When they described my options, if they fished wires through the walls, they would have left me with holes in the walls, and that was not acceptable to me. My other option was to use wire mold, which was not as visually pleasing, but did not require me to hire someone else to fix the plaster holes.

Arrived within the previously agreed upon window and did a great job. Very neat and fast.

Ed was very professional and easy to talk to you about how the fan works and helps with preventing mold in the attic, which I did not know when I had the fan installed many years ago. He told me to help with the heat in the upstairs he set the temperature at a better temperature and said to keep the attic door ajar during the summer months to help keep the upstairs cooler. I would hire this contractor again when I have to have an electrician come in. He told me also how long the warranty was on it and how long the fan motor usually lasts. Also, Kim was also very friendly and helpful when scheduling the appointment.

We had Ed who was honest and personable. We had a punch list of "Home Inspection" items to clear up pending a house sale so time was of the essence for us. Small jobs are always difficult to get contractors to perform especially in the Pittsburgh area so J&L Electric provided timely and adequate service for the timeframe we needed. Ed came back out twice to complete our punch list. They do not come cheap and I found they were a little pricey for the work performed but we were satisfied with the outcome pending the circumstances we were in.

They showed integrity and honesty and offered complete information so that we could wisely choose the scope of the work we needed done. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I will not only call on them for any other electrical issue, but also recommend them to others who might be need electrical work.

Jeffers & Leek Electric were prompt in contacting my tenant to get into the unit and do the initial inspection and repairs. My only surprise was that they required a 30% deposit before any work was begun so as to purchase necessary parts and that final payment in full was due within 15 days of completion to avoid litigation. They also offer a 10% discount only within 24 hours of submitting their bid which does not give any time to compare other future competitive bids which I did not since Jeffers & Leek has a very high rating with your service. Otherwise, very pleased with their service.
