Arrived on time. Very polite. The problem was not as straight forward as we initially thought - replacement of a circuit breaker. Determined that was a fine. There was a problem some place with the wiring. They located the problem. Gave us the options - the cost before proceeding. There was no pressure. Excellent work!

I like this company. They came and gave a good assessment of the problem and gave me several options to either repair or replace, no pressure either way, just information. I like that they relay information online keeping the process paperless. We chose to replace our fan with a solar one which we really like. It is so quiet and even with this cloudy, stormy summer we are having it quietly whirs away up there and made a difference in our whole upstairs in just a matter of hours. It is really efficient. We had been without a working fan for almost a year. The installation was quick and clean.

Brad Jeffers from J&L came on time , fixed our outdoor path light problem and was very professional..He's coming back tomorrow to replace some indoor switches after he obtains the necessary parts..i'll be hiring this firm for any of our future electrician needs.They are competent and nice people , including Kim, in the office , who schedules.

Both the office personnel and the electrician were very professional and took care of what I needed done with efficiency. I would use them again if and when I need electrical work done. It is great to be able to use someone that I know has already been checked out and approved.
