Professional, timely, and quality work at a reasonable price!

They were honest up front. Good communication. The guy showed up and was honest and nice enough. Explained the $49 fee, which if I didn't use their service, I would have to pay (I totally understood this). If I used the service, the $49 would go away. Once he determined that all he would have to replace was 1 GFI outlet (as in 1), the charge was $190. He explained that his fee was like $85 an hour and the company charged like $80 for him to come to my house. The part was $20. Really tricky outfit here. I paid the $49 as promise and asked the guy to leave.

The company returned the calls, customer friendly, but pricey for a 20 minute job. The old fixture was already taken down before they came. All they had to do is hang the new. There were no issues with hanging the new fixture. A simple job!

Thorough, polite and very professional

Jeffers and Leek, inc. are what I would call an honest and reputable company out to do the best work they can for a reasonable price, unlike Waldron Electric who charged us 5 times as much (thousands) for very little in terms of fixing the problem we had. Ed, the electrician from J&L who came out to solve the problem of our circuit that had partially ceased functioning spent but half the time Waldron's man took, found and fixed the problem for what amounted to 1/10th the cost Waldron had charged us for the time their electrician spent without solving the problem. Jeffers and Leek's electrician's work solved our problem, such that we asked him to return to do some additional rewiring of an unsafe area of wiring. His work was meticulous, he himself was both personable, and instructive, indicating not only what he had done, but why. We will not hesitate to hire Jeffers and Leek's electricians if and when we have additional electric work to do, where we will not touch Waldron with a 10 foot insulated pole!!! We heartily recommend J&L.!!

Scott was punctual and professional. He worked quickly and quietly (even while drilling). Kim made scheduling a breeze. She forwarded quotes and receipts promptly, and addressed all of my concerns with no hassle whatsoever. J & L will be providing all of my electrical services in the future.

They were professional and did great work....even in the rain, they didn't reschedule and completed the two bathroom fan installations.

They did the job properly. It was done as described, but had a couple of glitches. Using Home Advisor's calculator, paid on the very high side of average. So value for amount paid was at best average.

Friendly staff. Able to schedule work to be done in reasonable time frame. Good work. Clean.
