We lost power to several outlets in our basement. Called Jeffers & Leek. They were able to work us into one of their technician's schedule. Found out that problem was tripped GFI. We also had a dimmer switch installed for the family room recessed lights. Be aware there is a $200 minimum labor charge. Technician was courteous and did excellent work.

We needed an overhaul of our portable generator system which is run through our 200 amp electrical service as some of the parts that the original installer were not working properly. Scott came and looked at our system and made suggestions as to the easiest and best way for us to run the system when an electrical outage occurred. We also had him give us a quote to run an new line and outlet for our refrigerator. The bid was reasonable and they were able to schedule the work within a week. Scott performed the work today and I must say that the job was done quickly and he was professional, efficient and personable and cleaned up after himself when he was finished. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any future projects. Less

Amazing customer service! Offered suggestions to remedy our problem even before we asked for a quote or hired them. Once here, Ed was professional and helpful. We have already scheduled them to come back to complete some additional work. Would highly recommend!

The electrician, Justin, was very nice, prompt, cleaned up when he was done and overall did a great job. I told him I'm happy to have found a new electrician. I will definitely use J&L again and will refer them to others.

The service was prompt and precise. There was some amount of do diligence by the junior tech. He consulted with his senior which is a good thing.

I had a bathroom fan/exhaust installed and the other one taken out. A hole needed to be cut to the roof in order to vent the exhaust. Apparently they did a very sloppy job on top of the roof as another company came to fix a few issues with my roof. They asked if a friend installed the exhaust. I said no..it was a company! The roofers took pictures of the area and sent them to me via phone. It was a sloppy job. Not to mention...when the installer came inside to tell me how the fan works, he told me that I should caulk the area around the fan inside of my bathroom!! He also installed lights in my basement which are actually nice. They are very pricey!

My technician arrived as scheduled and had my light installed in no time. He cleaned and did a great job. I would definitely hire J & L Electric again.
