Description of Work: Installed three basement windows with air vents. (two with and on without)

Description of Work: I called Glass Block Pro to get a estimate on 10 glass block windows. The owner Jeff came out about 3 days later and we talked about what i wanted to do. He said he would call me with the price. Later that day he called back with a price of 956.86. It seemed like a good price. I told him i would talk it over with my wife and would get back to him. I called him two days later and said go ahead and make them. He asked if i wanted to pay over the phone or when i got them. I should have paid him when i got the windows. However i paid him over the phone. He said they should be ready in about two weeks. I said thats fine. They were to be delivered on a Monday. I took a vacation day from work so i could start the installation process since i was installing them myself. I called the friday before they were to be delivered to find out what time they were to be delivered. I got a voicemail. I left a message asking what time they were going to be delivered and to get back with me when they could. They never called me back. Monday morning I did some running around. I come back and noticed 8 of the 10 windows on my side porch. They never called me to let me know they were there. What would have happened if they were stolen? I called to see where the other 2 windows where and Jeff said they were still being made. I installed one window on the alley side of my house. Another week or two went by since i had other projects going on i didn't notice. I call Jeff again to find out where my windows where at. He said that he would drop them off tomorrow. The guy came right before i had to leave for work. I help him unload them. The next day i realized that the two window where bigger than the other ones. I thought that they all were supposed to me the same size. I called Jeff again and he said that the two bigger windows were for the alley. This made me mad since i had already installed one on the alley side of my house. I went to measure thinking that i messed up. If i would have put the two bigger ones in on the alley side of my house I would have a one eight inch mortar joint on each side of the window. These windows where the wrong size. Standard mortar joint for a brick or block is a quarter inch on each side. I called back and Jeff stated that thats how they do it. I said fine when can you install them. We set a date of May 16th. I then stated that i had one installed already and i would take care of it and we ended the call. About five mins later a number that i didn't know called me I ignored it. It was Jeff telling me that since i had one already installed that he would help me out by having his guys build me two more of the smaller windows and he would just swoop them out. I said fine. Three weeks later I called to find out what was going on with my windows. Jeff stated that he forgot to have his guys build them. I waited another two weeks and called on a friday morning. He said that the windows where done and he though that i was going to pick them up. This was not the case because i don't have the special rack that they place the windows in and i an not going to risk them breaking. I told him i would pick them up because i wanted my windows and to be done with this company. He then said that they weren't at the office. However when I went to the office there was 1 car and 2 trucks of theirs in the lot. The door however was locked. I wanted to catch them making my windows but the door was locked. So i waited for them to called so i could pick them up friday night. They never called. I called them and not so nicely ask them to delivery the windows Monday morning. Monday morning a worker called me to say that my windows there setting at there shop and asked if i wanted to pick them up or he could deliver them after pm. I told him i would rather he delivered them because i didn't want them to brake on the way there or on the way back to my house. At 6pm my wife called me to ask me if they called me because they didn't drop them off yet. I call the number that the employee called me from and got a voicemail again. I then called Jeff and asked where my windows were at. He stated that his guys weren't back yet. I told him that was fine as long as they were going to deliver them and that i didn't care what time they dropped them off. He said that was fine and hung up.
