+ -1 moreHe was very professional and explained everything to me so I was able to understand what he did and provided a remote access that way he could connect and correct an ongoing non related issue with the new version of Windows 10.
Description of Work: Had a laptop that was slow and not responding well. Within 4 hours he had the laptop up to speed and found some adware that was an issue. Also updated me to the latest Window 10 release at the time he did this seeing I was only using Windows 8 at the time.
