+ 2 moreI called them to have them fix my main fireplace. I waited a week to be called as to when the technician would be at my home, after no response I called again. The following week a delivery truck shows up at my home to fill my tank. I discussed the issue with the driver and he called the office. They told him there was a mix up and they would have someone out the next day to fix it. The next day the repair man calls and says it was sent to another person and that he cannot fix it, the other person has to. NO call back as to when someone would be at my home. Over two weeks later (from the original call) a guy from an "out sourced" heating company calls me and tells me he can't get to my home for another week!!! He also talked down to me, and indicated that he can come over the weekend but can only come on the week days after 6pm. So just to tell him what was good for me! Meanwhile my family room is at 60 degrees and its December and i have two little kids! Yes they may have good prices on their gas but their SERVICE SUCKS! I would not recommend this to a friend!
Description of Work: They were great at delivering the propane for my gas fireplaces. They also started the fireplaces when we first purchased our new home and needed the fire places turned on for the first time for that season and they were very good. But when it comes to servicing the gas units they out source and they are terrible about getting it done right!
