+ -1 moreHad two areas on my roof repaired due to different issues. Issue # 1: Ice dam prevention Removed shingles and added additional ice and water shield. Unfortunately the problem returned the following winter. Issue #2: Rotted plywood due to poor roof design Replaced plywood and improved poor drainage issue, however, due to shoddy workmanship created a huge leak during the first rainstorm after repair. Lucky for him the leak occurred above a tiled shower, therefore, the damage was contained to $500. I was assured I would be reimbursed for the damage. Two years later, I have yet to be paid... Had to hire another contractor the following year to repair both areas.
Description of Work: Repaired roof to eliminate rotted plywood and leaks due to ice dams.

+ -1 moreWork was completed on time and the area was cleaned up. Workers were courteous and professional. The owner was on site during the job. Would recommend this contractor to others and will use them for future repairs.
Description of Work: Prompt response and estimate. Work performed included replacing 45 slate shingles and all gutters and downspouts.
