I put out a search on Angi Wednesday 11/15/23 and PCP paving was the first to respond the same night I initiated the search. Bill scheduled to stop by the house 11/16/23 to give an estimate to repair/repave my asphalt drive way. He called about 10:00AM as I was at work. I agreed to the estimate and all recommendations that he made. The project was completed that afternoon and when I returned home after work I had a brand new driveway. I would recommend PCP Paving in a heartbeat. The service was excellent and the price was what I believe to be below average for a superior job.

Bill and his workers did a wonderful job. We like the job it is neatly done.

Worst paving job I have ever seen, heaved by road one week later, owner Bill said it was my fault, one month later heaved at garage,asphalt sticks above sidewalk (Triping Hazzard) chipped garage entrance in 21 spots, broke a $75 wooden planter, did not tell me ,paving goes uphill leaving garage ,said he would fix ,now he refuses to fix, does not return calls or texts, arrogant and unprofessional. Highly !! NOT !! recommended

On 8/10/17 they blacktopped my driveway, the salesman lined places to be cut out to make a smooth and level finish. Well they did two spots and the third was not done leaving a spot in my driveway in the gutter section al least 4 inches below the rest of my driveway. Now I have a 5 foot section where it is real low and noticeable. The rest of the gutter is paved to a level and swale like pitch. They were suppose to come back and fix and fill in the low spot but guess what they never showed. One other thing they charged me $1.50 a sq.ft. and they went next door to my neighbor in which they also paved his and charged him, now get this, $5.00 a sq.ft. Also they charge $50.00 a gallon of this so called special lifetime sealant that they want you to fall for, like I did like a dumbass. Don't fall for it and don't fall for their salesmanship unless they charge you $1.50 a sq.ft. for paving. This price is why I let them pave my driveway. If they do paving for you, check the job out closely BEFORE writing the check because it will be cashed in a couple of hours from them receiving it. The people I had contact with was a Richard Squires and a man named Bill. This company IS NOT affiliated with the BBB, I wonder why?

I had my old driveway fully replaced May 2016. The contract I signed gives me a 2 year warranty. I have called and left four different voicemail messages and one text message since June 29th.There are several cracks and one hole on my new driveway. Two of my calls have been returned and two appointments have been made for someone to look at the driveway however no one showed up or called to say they would not be coming. During my first callback I was asked if I wanted to seal my driveway. I explained that we could discuss sealing the driveway once someone comes to look at the cracks and hole. I chose PCP because of the good reviews. Now I am very sorry I did. The lack of customer service is very unprofessional. I hope we can work this out.

Job was done on time but all efforts to get owner to at least repair some of the cracks has failed. He stopped by and took a look. Said he was thinking would redo entire driveway (now about 1 year and 3 months old). Wanted to get it right he said. This was almost 5 weeks ago. Texted him, called him (got VM), called main number. Can't reach him. I don't think entire driveway needs to be redone (but I am not the expert here) but at least fix the cracks on the side of the driveway is all I am asking. I don't want water going into the cracks and causing damage down the road. Price was reasonable when job was done. No matter how busy a business is I don't understand why getting something done should be like begging someone. FYI - I am non-committed on rehiring them but I had to selected something so said "yes". I hope the driveway doesn't begin to crack all over forcing me to use the warranty. I can only imagine how that would go. Fully understand paving is a "tough" business to be in. Just want something done to seal the cracks. Is that asking too much?

They were professional,curteous and performed the job exactly as was discussed.

Contractor did not complete job as stated in contract. Numerous attempts to contact have not resulted in completion of project as contractor is too busy to return to job at this time...it has been several weeks. Initial estimate/price was in line with other paving contractors but the sealing, which was extra, ended up being overpriced. Unfortunately, they also did a relative's project the same day and did not complete his project either. Seems like a they do not hold to their word or contract. Note that half -star ratings seem to be the least rating you can give even though they should not be rated unless a project is completed. Very poor customer service.

Arrived on time. They were very accommodating as we needed some large rocks moved closer to the driveway and my husband was unable to move them himself. Very happy with new driveway

Don't try to contact them after the work is done. They do not respond to calls. You get their voice mail and that is it. I have a problem with the surface of the paving and would have liked then to at least come and see it.

Bill and his crew were great.. great price but most important, they did a great job... Recommend using them

I have a huge driveway. Total bill was $8200. My check was written out to Bills brother and taken to the bank that day and cashed. Within 7 days I had weeds growing up in a corner. I called 3 times before the came back to repair. 2 days later more weeds popping up in the same corner. I have called 5 times being sent to voicemail each time. My contract says weeds will be killed and I have a 1 year warranty. Now I have a entire garden of weed that popped up through fresh asphalt and I can't get Bill to come back to repair. My next step is the BBB than small claims.

Showed up, did everything they said they would. New driveway looks awesome Has a warranty. Left no mess. Also will use them for sealing next year. Highly recommend.

I did the job that was agreed on for the price quoted. They did it quickly, a little quickly. The finish work was not acceptable in some areas. As you know in the northeast if water can get in the winter will do it's job. Some areas of the paving are rough witch will allow water enter, freeze and so on. I may be harsh in my review of there work, It's how i feel.

I like the fact that they were able to complete the project Monday was very professional and courteous not many bosses go to the job site and get their hands dirty they take pride in the work
