Showed up two days before to go over scope. Friendly and professional. Showed up on day they said they would. Did the install as requested. Did not leave any "mess" behind for me to clean up. As for quality of work it all looks good. Time will tell, though.

Quick, Pro, Quality, & Friendly!

They came out for an estimate the same day I called. A quality job at an excellent price was completed the next week.

Quick response to come out and give estimate. Work completed in timely manner. Price was great. Much lower than builders estimate.

The crew came on May 26th as scheduled and resurfaced the driveway. The asphalt seems to be good quality. They did not add stone to the top square of the driveway as discussed, did not put a seal at the road joint and also left without leaving a barrier. Bill was not present. I paid the fee in good faith and have tried repeatedly to get the company to come and honor the contract. Bill responded initially, apologized, and promised to finish the project on several dates. It is almost three months later and they have not come. We were leaving the driveway clear for weeks waiting for them. I feel that the two year warranty is questionable at best when they cannot even honor the original contract and complete our driveway project. Make sure to have a walk through with Bill before you pay. We are upset with the lack of response and poor customer service.

T called them the next day, about some holes (stones missing, needed filled) and had no reply.

I am pleased with the work that PCP did for me however there are some things to be noted. First of all Bill was flexible in working with me around budget and timeline so that was a big plus for the company. The only thing I was really disappointed with was that they dropped that ball a bit before the project started. They didn't show up the night before the project was scheduled to begin (to discuss the details and execution of the project) and didn't show up the morning the project was scheduled. They did finally call me after the fact and reschedule (that afternoon on the day of the missed project start). We walked through the details of the project but those details had to be repeated during the project (otherwise they weren't being followed). Again, I am very pleased with the end result. I have a parking area that really love. The staff was pleasant and courteous but disorganized. I would recommend PCP because they really do mean well and do good work BUT as a home owner, you should be involved in the process. I'll hire them again but I'll be sure to specify, verify and be there to make sure every detail is done like it was agreed upon or they might just wing it.

I was under the impression that they were replacing the entire driveway in order to do the job I had contracted for with Bill. They only took up parts of it and then resurfaced over the entire drive. Also, I was disappointed that Bill himself did not come to the door to say job was finished or ask if I was satisfied. He instead simply left the job and had an employee knock to collect the final payment. Overall the job was okay, and I would recommend them with those warnings. As a last note, I felt the crew could have cleaned up their area of broken asphalt better before leaving.

Bill and his crew did an excellent job in making sure the pitch in the driveway was correct so as water would flow away from my home. The finished job looks fantastic. This outfit is a Top notch paving contractor and I would highly recommend them.

Bill was a good customer friendly person. He crew was hard working and precise. I was very pleased with the work they did. I would recommend them.

Not just a nice paving job but a work of art. The staff from the Forman on down were not only professional and efficient but also a pleasure to be with. No matter the size of the paving project I would recommend this contractor if you want it to be done right and built to last.
