It only took a few weeks for the work to begin after approving the quote and the crew completed a compete deck teardown and rebuild in 3 days. They operate a very skilled and professional crew and I would be more than happy to use their services again.

Norm is like the Tom Brady of decks. I knew for certain within 300 seconds of our 1st phone call that I would hire him, he would do the work, I would be impressed with the work, and I would happily pay the man for good quality work. Honestly I strongly disagree with the amount of money I paid because should have paid more. Good work is hard to find. The problem with the world is more people are not like Norm and his colleagues. Quick decision making, honest, strong, safe, dependable etc. If anyone out there wants any sort of work for decks you would be downright stupid to hire anyone other then Norm.
