Kitchen Magic is family-owned and has transformed nearly 60,000 kitchens since 1979. We provide unique kitchen remodeling solutions throughout the Northeast, serving NJ, NY, CT, PA, & DE. Our free in-home consultation and quote are the best way to discover how we can transform your kitchen in less time, with less stress, and at an amazing value. We do not offer to stain, paint, or resurfacing cabinets.

Description of Work: We saw their ad on television. We called and they came quickly.The prices were great and scheduled the work. We thought it would take about 4 days, but it was done in about 1 1/2 days. We are now up to putting everything back and thought they would still be working. The cabinets and counter tops that were put in are first rate. We couldn't have gotten better at this price.

Description of Work: Resurfacing of all kitchen cabinets, new counter top and resurfacing of vanity area closet and desk area. The end result (not quite there yet) is very good. The process was awful with return visits for corrections. The company was responsive to the problems and maybe if we had a different installer, it would have gone better.

Description of Work: I feel they are slightly overpriced. And we have been waiting for over a month for someone to come and put up one cabinet door they was damaged during installation. There was a couple of time where their was a miscommunication on the salesman puts.

Description of Work: Refaced kitchen cabinets. New quartz countertops and backsplash. Salesman was not pushy and was willing to negotiate. They did not offer plumbing services for sink/dishwasher reconnect. Good selection to choose from. |Aggressive with collection of final payment. They wanted it before job was complete. That's not the norm in the world of renovation.

We know that kitchen remodeling can be a daunting task and are there to help homeowners and guide them with our 37 years of kitchen remodeling experience. I believe we collect payments at 3 stages of the remodeling process. Upon signing the contract, upon measuring/ ordering of materials and the third/final payment is due upon completion. This is not Kitchen Magic’s protocol or a reflection of our organization’s ethics. We called this homeowner to apologize and offered to send another Representative out to quote their kitchen project. A complimentary discount would be offered, should they wish to purchase. Basically start with a clean slate and ‘right’ this ‘wrong’. Description of Work: They replaced my lower kitchen cabinets that were damaged in Superstorm Sandy. They were wonderful, extremely neat, punctual, and professional. This was the third time I used their services in the past 15 years and they have never disappointed me. I recommended them to a neighbor who used them as well and they were extremely pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

THEY'RE AN "A" ON EVERYTHING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT AND THEY STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY CAME BACK AND REPLACED WORK SIXTEEN YEARS LATER. IF I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN, I WOULD CALL THEM.
